The staff handle your bottles the whole time so the process is effortless as a customer, yes it is slightly more expensive but it's worth it in my opinion. They have visible large water filters that you can see through the glass window on the other room! So I know my water is being filtered. However, they don't carry distilled water (that is why I give it 4 starts). Alkaline water is NOT for everyone, not everybody's body chemistry is the same - can be dangerous for some. The price of a 5 gallon is double ($2) compared to other cheaper locations but I think is worth it knowing my water IS being filtered.
