Prior to getting my water here, I used to order my water and get it delivered to my house. I had no problem with the water company delivering as it was really good water and a very good company; however, the water bottles were on the pricier side. Then we found the 4gallon water bottles sold at Sam's club, but they didn't have it all the time and one of the workers actually recommended Wateria. I was expecting a self service kind of water dispenser, but when we got there, there was someone at the counter and we bring our empty water bottles in and they take them, rinses them and cleans them w a hose that is coming from the top, then fills the water bottles up. What I absolutely liked about the whole experience was that they actually cleaned the bottle up before filling it up and that the service is pretty quick. All the times we have come, there's never been a wait time and they have carts just in case you have several water bottles to fill up and so you don't have to carry everything one by one. read more

Water is essential to our well being, with that said we need to have clean water to consume. With most items that we need to survive, it comes in a wide variety of brands, sizes and ways of getting it. I've acquired water through different avenues ranging from a gallon of Crystal Geyser to a multi pack of Dasani. Heck I even tried the most luxurious waters like Voss and Fiji. They all have their differences as well as similarities but I think Wateria has great tasting water. What is that taste? Nothing, just pure water with no taste at all. If you have a water dispenser at home and are buying 3-5 gallons bottles from the store or from a service like Sparletts, you should rethink that. Bring your used bottles and have Wateria provide you with clean water for an excellent price. They use reverse osmosis and you can see their setup through the window. They sterilize your bottles and provide new caps. That for me is the best part besides the price, who wants to reuse bottles if they aren't sanitized properly. What's their pricing? Two whole dollars to fill a five gallon bottle. Do the math! That is forty cents per gallon, that easily beats any store I've been buying water from. The only downfall here is it's only cash but not to worry, there's an ATM inside the CVS next door. The young boy who works there is always polite, greets all his customers and is very efficient. They also have rolling carts to help you bring your newly filled bottles of water to your vehicle so no worries of trying to carry them. My.husband and 5 year old son walked into this location last week to have two five gallon jugs filled. As soon as they called in their attendant/cashier etc rudely told them they couldn't be in their without a mask. Not only is it their/our decision to wear a mask there were also no visible signs stating one was required. This company has lost business from us and Quench has gained business. read more

This place has good water but the service sucks. The 1st time the guy working had my husband wait outside because he wanted to mop his floor 30 minutes before closing. So he had my husband wait outside while he mopped the floor and it dried. We let it go and didn't complain. Until today when we show up before 6 and the guy had already locked the door and was leaving. We will be finding a new place to get water, I would rather do that than put up with the crap service. read more
