Never returned calls and when they did call to set up appointments, they either didn't show, or showed up promising an estimate, never to be seen or heard from again. Luke, the owner, went above and beyond my expectations. My first call, I was called back almost instantly. He came when he said he would ON TIME!! He set dates , which unfortunately had to be changed 3 times. (Rain) But.... He texted, emailed or called. There was total communication from the very beginning. The work was done quickly and neatly, exceeding my expectations. He paid close attention to detail and ensured everything was perfect before finishing. I appreciated his friendly attitude and willingness to answer all my questions throughout the process. He even made an unplanned second trip when I added more last minute, which shows his dedication and flexibility. I would not recommend Rowe Landscaping for a landscaping project. I found him to be unreliable and…read moredifficult to reach. He completed a backyard landscape makeover in the fall of 2010 including planting a tree by the patio for shade. It only grew leaves on the top 1/3 the first spring. After several phone calls over an 18 month period, Mr Rowe finally stopped over to see the tree and stated he couldn't replace it free under his one year guarantee because the tree was not dead, it was just not growing properly. We agreed to pay half of the cost of a new tree and Mr. Rowe stated he would come by later that week. That was six weeks ago and still no word from Mr. Rowe.

I get an email hours later and this it what it stated "Unfortunately we do not have availability for lawn mowing in your area. Sorry we were not able to help you out.   Have a nice day."
