I sauntered in looking for a few completely different things. Mostly I was looking for replacement screens for my vaporizer. I always get distracted looking at furniture too. I got a Serta foam core futon mattress here a good 6-7 years ago. They upsold me. I'm glad they did, because I still have it & it's still the most comfortable futon I've ever had. Anyway, as for my most recent visit... I went in looking for screens. After talking about the model I had, the employee encouraged me to try some cleaning solution instead, convinced that I shouldn't have to replace anything. She was extremely knowledgeable and really friendly. I ended up purchasing some instant cleaning solution based on her recommendation. It worked great! I couldn't believe the amount of gunk that it removed. The vape works like new & I didn't have to shell out for special replacement parts. Thanks guys! read more

My husband and I found a bedroom set and mattress with no sales help- I had to go to the check out counter 3 times before a young man helped us( or tried at least) we told him we would pay for the delivery and suite and bed that day and he had to make several phone calls to finish the sale correctly- He told us the manager was out so he has to double check everything so that's why it was taking so long- after literally an hour we decided 3k was a little pricier for the service we were getting (we were totally right after searching elsewhere ) so i didn't wanna leave empty handed so i grabbed 2 memory foam pillows and walked up the employee and he told us he was having trouble contacting the warehouse or something- didn't apologize for wasting our time - the pillows were 220 dollars they missed out on 3k and to be honest i am grateful he did bencause i found an amazing bedroom suite for half the price online... we went back a week later because i fell inlove with this bling mirror they had for 300 and the manager was soo rude if i hadn't already fell in love with the mirror i wouldn't not have bought it- today i go out of my way to avoid that store- i drive to sawmill even tho this waterbeds is 5 mins from my house. there's a woman that acts too busy to help customers- 2 young men that i swear have to be on drugs and a hateful condescending rude af manager who has to be the owner because if somone else owns that waterbeds they have to be on drugs to hire and keep such a mean man- im very surprised this store have been shut down yet- they prices are very high but i used to like the quality and selection but all the employees are unwelcoming unhelpful god forbid somone ask them a question- they are so rude and very obviously don't want to be bothered- I've been going to waterbeds at this location for 20 + years and the manager has always been a prick but it has gotten 100 times worse and when i arrive in a good moood i leave pist off everytime i don't need that stuff that bad. no thank u! read more

The prices are great, the employees are very helpful leading you to whatever one's heart might desire.

Do not shop here. I came to return a Christmas Present but I did not have store reeceipt. The assistant manager was rude and condescending, I decided to piurchase a more expensive item since the one I had did not work. and being a gift I did not have a receipt. The assistant manager Refused to sell it. She said the owner of this store's policy was she did not have to sell to the customers anything if she, so choses. Very racist little KAREN. read more

Totally cool place! The head shop part has an extensive selection and the employee that helped me was super professional and knowledgeable. I dunno about the furniture aspect of the store, I've always been more focused on the "stuff" part (pipes, gifts & clothes) read more

Bought three vape batteries from them and within a week each of them broke. Now of course it's not their fault that the batteries broke, but when I went back and spoke to owner he just shrugged his shoulders and said to try to get in contact with the manufacturer. Didn't try to do anything to help, didn't attempt to resolve the situation or provide any type of help other than to pass the buck. Great, not going back. read more

Waterbeds N Stuff has been a Columbus area fixture for, at first hip and later counter-culture, items for more than 40 years. I'm glad they have managed to survive in an ever-more-difficult specialty retail marketplace. These newer "boutiques" that have cropped up lately just don't have the vibe of this venerable, endearing store. Some things are necessarily trendy, but Waterbeds N Stuff has managed to consistently connect to the trend wire without doing much differently. Any place where you can get a beanbag chair, a blacklight & blacklight poster, a purple bong, incense & incense burner, an Andreas Vollenweider album, and a mini flashlight in one stop, inexpensively, should be on the national register of historical places. read more

This place apparently closes whenever they want to. I tried going into the store at 9:55, their hours said that they were open till 10. There was a woman standing at the counter talking on her phone and would not unlock the doors. Because of her rudeness they lost out on what was going to be a good sale. I am going to go in and speak with their manager. read more
