However, I was pleasantly surprised that the wonderful young lady (Shelby) at the return counter advised that "not a problem" she would allow me to exchange the defective piece with a new replacement, without the receipt. Wow, now that is service and the reason that I keep buying everything at Home Depot Okotoks!!!!!
