I note placed on the table says please ONLY TIP IN CASH to make sure the staff gets all of the money, do they mean to avoid tax ? or so the management can keep the money? anyway I didn't tip as there was no service I had sweet and sour chicken balls which were excellent, but for £10 they should be; most places now sell frozn chicken balls that have little pieces of chicken surrounded by big lump of greasy doe, in fairness, that was not the case here

The service is practically exceptional, as customers walk up to different areas and take food themselves. The only exception is the Teppanyaki and pancake section, but in good reason as they're prepared by staff freshly, and you can see them making it. It is an all you can eat buffet, but you should avoid overfilling as for every 100 grams of food wasted they incur a £10($13.46) charge. The atmosphere can be busy and crowded or calm and quiet depending on what time you go. The men's toilets are surprisingly clean for a public toilet.
