Tyler was an awesome host. His mom, Coco, does the walking tour around town and this is a stop on the wine walk. The backstory is amazing - all proceeds go towards getting clean water for people who don't have access to clean water. The wines are excellent! The rose' was great summer wine and the Syrah is to die for. The Cabernet Sauvignons are also excellent - great to pair with bbq or steak. This is a must-stop for wine tasting!! read more

Great place for taking in the views of beautiful Leavenworth Bavarian village and the mountain backdrops while taking in a nice glass of wine and great hospitality from the owners and staff. Our first visit and it will certainly not be our last as we hope to visit them again on our next visit to Leavenworth. read more

Our wine tasting experience here was memorable-- all thanks to Tara who made us feel so welcome. We loved the origin story of this place, especially their mission to bring clean water access to any parts of the world. 100% of their revenue goes into that mission. I mean how can you not support a winery that really makes you feel good all around! Their tasting room is so inviting and relaxing. I think you get a lot of taste for the price ($25-30 standard). Love the wine, love the cause! read more

Amazing for someone with that much control as Manager could be so RUDE & NASTY. Later in the evening, no one sitting on the front outside patio and I'm a grandfather and was sitting with our granddaughter that is one year old and the manager came outside and said these chairs are for people that drink and order our wine(not a soul or a customer insight on front patio) and so I ordered wine and it was all down the hill from there. I said yes, I would like a glass of wine and asked for Pino noir and she said they do not have pinot noir here that it's too hot and that the whole state of Washington does not have Pinot noir. As you can imagine, I was surprised I asked for Pinot Grigio and she said she they don't carry that either. So I said OK and can I have some time to think about it and she said well anyways I am going to shut down the fireplace and such so we ended up just leaving. Very nasty-would not recommend this place until she is gone or learns people skills. Thx read more

We went here last weekend while in town for the Christmas lights and it was a great experience! The wine was really good and the cheese they serve was even better! Definitely get the Viking! The atmosphere was really bright and open, the service fantastic, and we just had a great time. Also! They are a non-profit winery! They help bring clean water to people- what a great reason to support them and drink wine!! read more

Our server was amazing. She was so friendly and helpful. We had a wine tasting and ordered the cheese and cracker board. Cougar Gold cheese was awesome as usual. When we saw they had it available, we could not pass it up. The wines were good. We finished with a glass of their warm Gluwein and bought a kit to take home as well. Every time we have been here, the servers have been extremely friendly and fun. read more

A fun wine tasting with an incredible mom and daughter who run the shop. Love the fact that they are a nonprofit dedicated to providing clean water for those in need. Their wines are tasty with a clean aftertaste. Highly recommend visiting Water from Wine. Ask about the inspiration for their nonprofit. You'll be amazed. read more

Service was good, settling was warm especially by the fireplace outside, although they kept checking if we were all customers to sit there. I was SHOCKED after she gave me a glass and I was then charged $25.26 CAD for one glass of mulled wine. It was good but baffled why not even a full wine glass would cost more then a bottle of wine. Outrageous!! Wasn't even told anything about the mission that every one mentions here. read more

I'm debating between rating the space/staff, and rating the wine. The wines are too sweet, and overpriced, so for me that's a meh. I didn't mind paying for my tasting, as it's one of the cheaper tasting fees in the building - but I was desperately looking for a vase to pour our the wine as I was tasting because I really didn't care for it. The staff/space is GREAT! She was SUPER helpful, friendly, and just a joy to taste while chatting, and the space is dog friendly so we brought our two pups. Also, the intent of the place and the non-profits they support goes a long way toward getting an additional star from me. Just wish I had liked the wines. read more

Wow! What a gem of a place! I have tasted much of the wine available for tasting in Leavenworth (there are TONS of tasting rooms!), but had never tried this one before. The wine is excellent, the proceeds go 100% to international water charities, AND best of all, they have mimosas on Sundays which are made by Tyler with hand-pressed orange juice from delicious Cutie oranges! This wine tasting room is a non profit winery for global water projects. They have fun things to do too. We came for wine trivia night. It was so fun! I learned a lot about wine and won an apron, wine glass and some free tasting passes for other tasting rooms nearby. The hostess was super friendly and informative. I would recommend this place to everyone, drinking wine for a great cause! read more

I have particular wine preferences and not being able to choose the ones I taste makes me a lot less inclined to even want to buy a bottle. On top of that, the white wine that was in the flight tasted awful. I couldn't drink more than 3 sips of it. My boyfriend had the 2 red wines and said it was okay as well, but nothing great about it.
