Plus they were not following COVID guidelines last June, I was the only one in the place that had a mask on including staff, and had a PTA that had no clue what she was doing. They refuse to remove the charge for the cupping which was not needed at all. The PT was doing computer work and not paying attention to what the PTA was doing. She first asked me about my neck and I said I'm here for my back. Needless to say, I NEVER WENT BACK, and have talked to so many people that have said they would never go to the Bristol, TN location ever again either. I did find a credible PT that knew what they were doing. Note too, the PTA even had me do something that could have made a compression fracture worse. Apparently it's only about making money for these people and not actually helping.
