If I could give no stars I would…read more That has been a back-and-forth struggle since February of this year - 2026. I came to the Dentist on the recommendation of someone close. After the exam, I was told I needed a deep cleaning, a root canal, a crown, and oral surgery for wisdom teeth removal. Besides the wisdom teeth removal, which I was told would be about $147, the prices vary between $685 - $795. I have Insurance and I asked them if this was before or after Insurance coverage. They said after insurance. I made two separate appointments and paid over $300 each for those appointments - just for a deep cleaning. Because money was tight, and I needed to budget and figure out how to make the rest of it work. You go into a dentist office for the first time, trusting that they know what they're doing - not just the job with your teeth, but the billing. Do you know what happened? I called my insurance the next week to get more information about coverage because $685 for deep cleaning did not seem right to me. I called the dentist office for the ADA codes to know what was necessary in case I needed that information. This Dentist was in network, coverage should not be an issue. And I'm told by my insurance that it is covered. 80% covered. I'll state the facts: I was charged two separate amounts totaling over $700, the ADA codes were not submitted correctly to my insurance, a balanced billing complaint was necessary because they refused to refund me, they gave me the runaround. After investigation, it was deemed that a deep cleaning was unnecessary and I had no responsibility to pay. They dragged their heels for a little over a month after the resolution letter came back saying they needed to refund me, my insurance had to call them and ask for that refund on my behalf because I had no patience for their games. Ask for a predetermination. I would have if I had known. Ask for it. Because the billing is hell and this was never supposed to happen but it did. This has been ongoing since February and we're at the end of August. You know what I was supposed to pay for that deep cleaning with insurance coverage? $112.80 by my calculations. See the price difference? I do. So ask for the predetermination if you don't want to take my word for it. Because you can trust, but you must verify.

As a new patient, that can make all the difference, and every single person I met made me feel like I had been coming here for years rather than walking in for my very first visit. The office itself is absolutely beautiful--one of the nicest, cleanest, and most inviting dental facilities I've ever been in. It's obvious how much pride and care goes into creating such a welcoming environment. I am incredibly grateful that they were kind enough to allow me to be seen at no cost due to a referral. That generosity means more to me than I can adequately put into words. It's rare to come across a team that is not only exceptional at what they do but also so compassionate, understanding, and genuinely invested in the people they care for. Every interaction I had, from the front desk to the clinical staff, and the doctor... left me feeling valued, respected, and cared for. Your warmth, patience, and willingness to help did not go unnoticed. Thank you all for making what could have been a stressful experience when I thought I'd need multiple root canals-- into such a positive and memorable one!!! I truly appreciate each and every one of you more than words can express. I can honestly say this is one of the best healthcare experiences I've ever had, and I'm so thankful to have found your office. I could have waited. Why didn't they tell me this when I asked?! Then I asked why this was so expensive and they said I'm being billed based on my zip code. Great, so they are overcharging me. Also, I needed to sign a form that I understand my dentist is an independent contractor. So they are like stylists at a hair salon renting a chair there? They have a big sign at the front saying how they were voted best this and best that. I wonder how much they paid for those. No way. I will never use them again and I don't recommend them at all.
