He glanced inthe truck and said it was aluminum . Anyone with any sense at all could tell you that everything I had was 100% copper in my truck , he sent me to another scrap yard where three very nice very professional employees told me it was definetly all copper. I wouldn't recommend r &r salvage to anyone but would highly recommend J & L salvage . The man at r & r shouldn't even be employed at a scrap yard . It was about thirty minutes from closing time after rushing to get there on time made me feel like he just didn't want to work due to the time and the fact that the copper was on big spools, not sure who owns r & r but you may want someone working there that knows what they are doing and knows what copper looks like it surely doesn't look like aluminum and doesn't send your business or income to a competitor and sit there arguing with your customer that clearly knows what they have is copper !!

I did reach out to customer support. They are the ones who told me I had to pay ANOTHER $50 for a…read morenew bin. We started service with Republic Services 02/2026. Paid a deposit for a bin and was told it would be delivered the following Thursday...never showed. There was a bin in the home we got which was broken. Called after moving in asking for new bin and was told Thursday never showed. Explained it was broken and nasty. Requested again was told I had to pay another $50 for replacement. Customer service is horrible and still using an old nasty broken can. Shopping for a new truck service now

This company is absolutely stealing from customers. Their communication is absolutely ridiculous…read more Watch your account because they will withdraw whatever amount they want at whatever time they want, and when you call to complain or ask what the charge is, it's always some made up scenario, where one customer service rep has no clue why and they other just says "that's how it is". Even after canceling, they are STILL taking money and again when I called, "fuel charge" the can was picked up TWO MONTHS AGO. The account was closed two months ago. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Besides the outrageous rate and random charges, they will never pick up on time and will miss pick ups as well. Absolute TRASH. No pun intended.
