Awful customer service, no response to phone calls and horribly slow to respond to issues. A driver broke my container's wheel last week and no replacement. Oh, and my recycling bin was taken today for apparently no reason. Whoever runs this company now has really let it go down hill. The garbage man that runs in Tattersall is to sorry to get out of an automatic dump truck and pick up garbage. Whomever they are is constantly leaving garbage in the can. If the garbage misses the dumpster on front of the auto dump truck it will be left laying on the ground for you to deal with. If you can get different service please do. Waste Connection is the same company they bought out Poff Carting. You all suck as a garbage company. This happens all the time, I have complained multiple times but there customer service is crap too. Here is how my cans were left this morning. The auto dump truck knocked over one can so driver just left it turned over on ground, multiple times I guess if it can't auto dump driver ain't getting it. Terrible service. Skipped an entire week of trash pickup and then they still didn't show up the following week on the day they were supposed to run. No communication at all as to why they haven't shown up for pickup. Pitiful, pitiful, pitiful. Previously broke our trash can and it was big hassle to get a replacement. I actually had to go pick it up to get one! But they were sure able to come pick up the broken can the very next day. This place is a joke! read more

I live in Somerset, KY, and this is the office I contacted for service. This is not a company that I can recommend. First, they failed to make a scheduled pickup the week before I arrived (arranged and paid for by the previous tenant, who left a mountain of trash at the curb), resulting in trash being strewn all over the lawn, trash which included dirty diapers and rotting food. Of course they then denied any responsibility for that, blaming it on "animals," and neatly sidestepped the issue of them not making the pickup as scheduled. They then billed me for a "polycart" that I have not yet received, and when I inquired about it, I was told it normally takes 7-10 business days to get it. (?) This was conveniently not mentioned during the first call. They promised to send me a recycling calendar, but also failed to do that. I learned that today was the recycle pickup day when I heard the truck outside, but of course my own recyclables had not been set out. I have contacted the so-called "local" office about five times and have yet to get a call back from the person with whom I was told to speak. I'll definitely be looking into other options. read more
