VERY DISHONEST COMPANY!!! Dishonest in their quote. They will demand payment before the job is done. Careful if you don't have the strength to stand up to her (Linda) as she will bully and yell at you) I will be taking it to the BB as well. No wonder she just gave numbers over the phone. Then turns around and charges almost $1,000 more!! Do not use this company. Even if you got a quote in writing, there will be HIDDEN fees!! Terrible to deal with!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!! read more

A week ago, I scheduled a pick up with Dump Street for this morning. They're a no-show…read more Our first interaction left a lot to be desired regarding communication, but some people are just not assertive or clear when they communicate. When I realized he hadn't asked for the address, I volunteered the info. No reply. Again, I naively allowed room for poor communication. I trusted if there was a problem of any kind, he would let me know. If you can't or don't want to do the job, then you can't/don't want to. Just tell me! Everything is hanging in the balance, & I've got schedules to keep. Today, he was a no show, and each time his phone went straight to voice mail. I expect the possibility of ghosting in social situations, but professionally? Seriously?! Dump Street lives up... or rather down to its name. A dumpster fire best avoided.

Stay FAR away from this "builder". It was very apparent that after we had signed the build…read moreagreement that we were no longer a priority. They wanted the build done quick and dirty to get their hands on our money. We made it very clear that quality was a high priority for us but what we ended up with was a disaster. The build was easily one of the very worst experiences of our lives so we would warn anyone considering using these crooks to stay far away. They make promises that don't plan on keeping. They are HORRIBLE at communication between the contractors and the clients. They are well known for not paying their contractors on time and such most of the better ones won't work with them. Building a new home should be one of the best experiences so PLEASE do not use this company!!! As to their warranty coverage, again, horrible. We've had many major issues with all aspects of our home and despite assurances that if we used "their suppliers" they would support us in any issues that could occur we dealt with most of the problems ourselves. We would sell our home if we could but it has been appraised at far less than we paid for it. STAY AWAY!!!
