After almost an hour we had dealt with the garbage and Matt had his team sweep out our garage, ensuring it was clean. Our neighbour noticed the truck and asked if she could dispose of an old bbq. They're a no-show…read more Our first interaction left a lot to be desired regarding communication, but some people are just not assertive or clear when they communicate. When I realized he hadn't asked for the address, I volunteered the info. No reply. Again, I naively allowed room for poor communication. I trusted if there was a problem of any kind, he would let me know. If you can't or don't want to do the job, then you can't/don't want to. Just tell me! Everything is hanging in the balance, & I've got schedules to keep. Today, he was a no show, and each time his phone went straight to voice mail. I expect the possibility of ghosting in social situations, but professionally? Seriously?! Dump Street lives up... or rather down to its name. A dumpster fire best avoided.
