Dr Shana Wasserman in Kīhei is the best chiropractor on Maui. Yesterday I woke up and my back was completely out I could barely move or walk. It was the worst it's ever been!!! I already see her regularly and happened to have a standing appointment that day--thank God. I got to her office and sat with heat, she adjusted me, and then we iced it. I walked out feeling the best I have felt in years. I'm woo woo--she is too. She is a great listener and goes above and beyond. Love her. I found out about her because she was my former chiropractors chiropractor. After he retired I started seeing her. Dr. Shana is awesome!!! You could say chiropractic is in her blood because she is 4th generation chiropractor in her family. https://www.wassermanchiro.com/ read more

I finally found a chiropractor that works for me. I've gone to several but Shana Wasserman-Amouyal has been able to make a difference in how I feel. She is able to see me or fit me in when I really need to see her. She is conveniently located at the Dolphin Mall on S. Kihei Road. Dr. Shana knows various adjustment techniques that are gentle but effective. I've had another chiropractor ignore my instructions not to crack my neck because I have an atlas problem and was told by an upper cervical specialist that I should NEVER have my neck cracked. And so this other chiropractor went ahead and cracked my neck at the very end of my session regardless. So when he did that, I needed to fly to California to have a specialist reposition my neck properly with an Atlas Orthogonal device. Dr. Shana is able to make the right adjustments to help me maintain better health and proper alignment. I highly recommend her! read more

Shayna is amazing. I've been meaning to write this review for months now. I do a lot of physical work and play including tree work, painting, surfing and mountain biking. Anytime I get a little out of whack, I go to see her. Every treatment is a little different and I feel like she really pays attention to my specific conditions. Amazing chiropractor and person. read more

Dr Wasserman is pure talent. She does 'moves' no one else does, she stays up to date on all health related info, has great suggestions, totally professional, flexible, and most important accepts my insurance hah. No coincidence she's got perfect reviews read more

Thank you Dr Wasserman for helping me get back up and running. I appreciate you giving me info on how to treat my pain before I was able to get in to see you. I especially appreciated that you got me in so quickly. read more

Stopped in for an adjustment and was very pleased with the ease of making an appointment and felt great afterwards.

I saw Dr. Wasserman through my pregnancy and pop in for the occasional adjustment when my back flares up. She actually takes the time to pinpoint where your pain is coming from so she can adjust you properly. I came running back to her after I went to someone else highly rated that was closer to my home. Dr. Wasserman checks in with you right after adjusting to make sure you feel better, whereas most chiros I have seen just let you walk out of their office without even asking. The best part is scheduling is a breeze - she can usually get you in within a few days! read more

Dr. Wasserman is simply fantastic, from the first session she made it easy for me to sleep like a baby, the headaches were all gone! Dr. Wasserman's approach is very professional, she takes her time listening to your story and asking you a bunch of question to asses your case. She also recommends the required exercises and has a magical touch. I have had sever pain in my neck and back for a long time and Dr. Shana was able to fix me in no time. She is by far the best chiropractor I have ever visited. Thank you read more

Dr. Shana is the best! I went in with a very painfully spasming low back and she was able to heal me that day!! Usually it takes two or more weeks to feel better. She does a good job with ongoing care and my husband and young daughter enjoy going to her as well. I love that she massages the back first so I can hold the adjustments longer. I feel like she works with the body rather than forcing the adjustments. read more

I threw out a rib while in Maui and Dr. Wasserman was able to get me in. I felt so much better after my visit with her and would highly recommend her as a licensed massage therapist. It's nice to have a chiropractor who is able to do more than just the usual crack the spine, and you're done. She paid attention to the soft tissue that needed some work done to help relieve the pain. Thank you Dr. Wasserman for helping my trip there be amazing! read more

Dr. Wasserman has been a miracle worker for me over the past 6 months. I have seen such amazing results that two of my friends have now switched to her as well. Dr Shana has fixed me again! This time I was experiencing pain in my upper back, neck, and right shoulder. After just a single session I feel less pain. She informed me what was likely causing the pain, adjusted me, and gave me stretches to do at home. I'll need to visit her again but I can now work without wanting to cry. I'm a hairdresser and the end of the year is my busy season so I'm grateful Dr Shana can help me get through this busy Work season! Thanks again Dr Shana! read more

I have been seeing Dr. Shana for about 5 years, and it started with me going in because my hip suddenly started feeling really uncomfortable and out of whack during my runs. She got my hip back into place no problem, but also helped with long term solutions to both my hip problems and any other things that came up over the years. Dr. Shana does a great job of assessing your physical and mental health as a whole, and is always open to hearing how you're feeling and making suggestions as to what may help. Over the years we've gone over everything from supplements and sleeping habits and pillows to stretches and exercises to do. She really cares about your health as a whole and I've really appreciated that about her. read more

My daughter and I have been going to Dr. Wasserman since she opened her office. She is amazing! She keeps us aligned and out of pain.

I was in Maui for vacation before doing the Hawaii half-Ironman triathlon. My lower back started acting up and thought I wasn't going to be able to participate in the race that I had trained so hard for. I saw Dr. Wasserman twice and she adjusted my back so that I was able complete the 70.3 miles of the triathlon without any pain or discomfort! She was very knowledgeable and skilled and her prices were reasonable. I would highly recommend her! read more

I have never written a Yelp review but HOLY GUACAMOLE Dr Wasserman thank-you Thank-you THANK-YOU!!! I had been seeing Dr W for a while as I try to recapture lost youth in Tri Athlon competitions (of course at my age it's about "completing" rather than "competing") and she has been absolutely fabulous. HOWEVER, last week after packing and moving boxes and furniture. , THEN camping and sleeping on the ground, my back, neck and ribs were in SEVERE pain. Couldn't raise my arm past shoulder height and couldn't take a deep breath. Called her after 2 days of no improvement, she was able to fit me in that day once she heard the pain I was in. Once I got there she asked several questions, did an assessment adjusted several areas, did a re assessment then re adjustment cause -again SEVERAL PLACES were in serious need of help, snap crackled and popped ribs, back adjusted neck, waved her Phoenix feather wand said some magic wrds( ok I'm making up that last part but that's how incredible I feel) and WHAMO!! NIGHT and DAY better. Was able to breathe, more mobility in the shoulder and neck and now this morning (1 day later) no pain at all!!! Thank you Dr Wasserman MAHALO NUI LOA! read more

I have been on and off again with my chiropractic treatment but recently started again with Dr. Wasserman. Her office is close to downtown where I work, but she's on the east side of 405 in a building with ample free parking. I find her to be very knowledgeable, personable and flexible with scheduling and contacting (she will text you which is great for my schedule). She takes most insurance and has reasonable private pay rates. I recommend her to others looking for chiropractic on the eastside. read more

I've been using Wasserman for some years now. Great prices for locals and tourist alike. I recommend her to all my friends and even family who visit. read more

Dr. Shana is such a lifesaver!! I had a serious shoulder problem and she always magically fixes me up. She's also so much more thorough than other chiros I've been to, literally tell her what's hurting on your body and she knows the source and will fix you up - from sore feet from heels to a tight neck. Couldn't recommend her more. read more

Dr. Wasserman is a phenomenal chiropractor and all around healer. I first went to her on the recommendation of a friend when I threw my back out severely. My GP had told me to just go home and take advil. After a week of excruciating pain, I went in to Dr. Wasserman and I was pain free in two sessions. No drugs, no gimmicks, no sales pitches that you have to come back X times to get better. Dr. Wasserman's goal is for you to get better. She will recommend lifestyle adjustments so that you can avoid chronic problems. A few years later, I was having some GI issues and I happened to mention them to her. She said "I can help with that!". To my amazement, she could! I can't recommend Dr. Wasserman more highly than to say I tell everyone I know about her. If she can't fix you, she will point you to the medical doctor or healers who can. read more

My girlfriend and I were visiting and she got a stiff neck. This chiropractor was very helpful and friendly and spent a good half an hour on her neck and spine. The next day we were enjoying maui like everyone else thanks to this chiropractor. Visits are between 50$ to $75. Office is clean but not fancy. read more
