Nashville has license plate readers, Mt Juliet does not, so when I visit the Mt Juliet location, I tell the attendant and they always let me through. Today, 4/25/26 was different. Instead , he instructed me to go through my credit card apps to prove I had a membership. I had no recollection which cc I used to set up the auto withdrawal, and stood there motionless in line as other drivers began honking their horn to get me out of line. Obviously it was quite embarrassing. Then, he asked for my AMX card which I had in my wallet at the time to check status. He returned with an arrogance saying, "nope . . . nothing here checks out. I then backed my vehicle to the shopping center next door to call corporate office and explained situation. As verified, my account continued as active.
