If you are looking for a cheap, fast, and do it yourself vacuuming experience, this is the place. If you're looking for fine detail washing, this is not it. I was in need of a car wash that was cheap and this place was it! I went on a Saturday at around 11am and it was real busy, but the process went by fast, which was what I needed. The quality of the wash is not detailed, but for a good general wash of my car, did just fine and well. The fun part is just sitting in your car and watch the washing happening! The entrance was a bit tricky to find. But it's behind/around the AM/PM. If I want a great hand washed detailed cleaning, I would not go here. BUT... for a fast general wash, I go again! read more

Worst car wash I've ever been through. They dryers barely dry your car and barely work good vacuums that's about as far as they can get. My car did not get cleaned. Either. My tires got more cleaned than the actual card itself and they're not gonna let you go back through so if you don't get cleaned the first time, don't worry about it getting cleaned the second time on their behalf, don't recommend going read more

Worst car wash I've ever been to. It scratched up my car, left it covered in soap, and it still came out dirty. Total waste of money, never going back there again. read more

Hello, I am reaching out to share my experience at your car wash today because I left feeling very upset and unsafe. I arrived, paid my $6, and waited for assistance. When the manager arrived, he guided me on how to position my wheels and pointed to the posted directions. I have used this car wash many times, and I always follow the instructions, but I still double-checked to make sure I was doing everything correctly. He told me that I had my foot on the brake, which I did not. I doubted myself and checked multiple times to make sure my parking brake was not on. The manager continued to repeat this and nod his head at me as if I did not know what I was doing. This happened several times. I politely said that I would leave so I wouldn't hold up the line, but he insisted I stay. While I appreciated him trying to help, he continued to speak to me in a way that made me very uncomfortable. He even called the customer behind me to come look at my car, and that person confirmed I was doing everything correctly. The manager, Alonso, then said that because my car is new, I probably didn't know what I was doing. He even suggested that I call my husband to ask him how to operate my car. This was inappropriate and disrespectful. He raised his voice several times, which frightened my children who were in the car. I repeatedly asked to be allowed to leave without completing the wash, but he refused and insisted I could not leave. I felt pressured and unsafe, as if I was being forced to stay and continue the car wash. In the end, I went through the wash only because I felt I had no choice. The entire situation left me shaken, upset, and scared. I am bringing this to your attention because I do not want anyone else to feel intimidated or disrespected at your business. I hope that this can be addressed appropriately. read more

the absolute worst manager, called me cheap bc I didn't buy the $13, if you've been here before you know the $13 and $7 are exactly the same. he kept calling me cheap because I told him they are the same thing I'm not going to pay the more expensive one when neither of them clean my car and he asked them why do I keep coming back?? he spoke down to me calling me stupid and cheap. read more

Alonzo was a very kind, respectful man that helped me with a dismantled vacuum! He deserves more recognition and (p)raise!

The manger was very rude, cussing at me because he was to busy talking to his girlfriend/ coworker. Instead of guiding my car and doing his job. When I decided to not have service because he was cussing, he stated I was not getting a refund because his boss wasn't there. Which was lie his boss was there and he still was cussing. What a manager that has no customer service skills and no sense in moral conduct. Will never return or recommend anyone to this car wash read more

STAY AWAY!! I paid for the top car wash and was not given it simply because someone cut in front of me. When I reported it before entering they said "you took too long in pulling up" and said they could do nothing about it. You would think they'd be better coordinated with having 2 lines. Lost a couple bucks for a mediocre wash but it's the service that was horrible. read more

This place is AWFUL. The owner implied that I didn't not pay for the wash. Even after the employee told him I did, he doubted me. This happened to the car after me too. Then they accused me of making things up after I told them that something was not right with the wash. I paid the $13 one and I assume that they only gave me the $7 wash. It's BS. read more

Been coming here for like 2 years last time had an issue and brought it up to staff because at the rinse cycle it did not rinse only threw soap. We let staff know and he followed up with " it's because it's a big car we don't want to take big cars anymore " while we showed him that the car was full of soap and he said okay pass it again but it's not a guarantee it'll come out clean, we said why? If a big car just passed through and it did a rinse cycle. The staff was rude and condescending for no reason when we were just bring up an issue - when he told him we've been here several TIMES --and never had an issue, we just wanted to pass it again for a rinse. Staff was rude and said he would have issues with the owner ??? And they were giving us a "free" wash and we let him know we were asking for the money back at all we just wanted a rinse cycle! Rude !!!! It's literally a CAR WASH - what's the point of being rude for when we just bring an issue up ??? read more

The people act like they don't wanna be there and talk quietly. It's a loud car wash, you need to yell. The manager wanted to argue about the stains on my car being from a tree and therefore the wash wouldn't remove it. I live in the desert at an air force base there's no trees. Then, I got through the wash, and there's soap stains all over the back window and side mirrors of the car. Vacuums don't suck up anything, I had to spend 15 minutes vacuuming and it did nothing. I wouldn't recommend this car wash at all. It leaves dents and scratches in your car and it's not even a good one. read more

I really liked the idea of an express car wash closer to me but chief said this ain't it. I have a small two door car and purchased the 11 dollar wash. I still had insane amounts of soap on my car. Huh. What? I can only imagine the amount of residual soap left on bigger cars. I'm confused. Drying mechanism was a joke. I've been to other express car wash places and this one is the worst. Would not and could not recommend. Entrance is tricky to get into. I feel stupid because I should have paid 18 dollars at my go to El Serena hand wash car wash place than try this place because it's on the way to really good Indian food in Huntington park. Again, my mistake. Should've read the reviews. My laziness left soap on my car. But it's cool I'll just never come again. Pretty simple. read more

Humiliating experience, warning Do not come here! Had my vehicle cleaned today. I went to get it wiped down, when I told the associate, Ben, about the issue, he stated "this is a soft wash car wash if you don't like it take your vehicle somewhere else". It's a bargain but no price can be placed on getting respect. He then began taking pictures of my car without a curtesy notice. Thanks a lot Ben for that great reminder that there is a similar car wash for 5 dollars 2 blocks away on Soto and 8th. read more

AKA Gloria's Car Wash. http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/tq3esaKYlfBmfthemqRkZQ?select=S5MpGNQ2HLYZnO5QHXQf0A 5.99 exterior car wash. 6.99 to add the vacuum. Cost the same at two tacos and a drink at Mariscos 4 Vientos three blocks east of here. My car was filthy. Driving in rain and snow slush for over two weeks. Mud caked in the wheel wells. The inside floormats looked like the outside of the car. Could not see out of most of the windows. Good luck, Gloria. Not the fastest place in LA, but thorough. Interesting sign on the way in. It says car wash - 30 minutes or less. Right - it took 65 minutes to finish my car, but who's counting? Quite a few nice rides came here for a wash. I immediately took a cruise up Lorena and a slow drive on Whittier to show off my new clean machine. Orale, vatos. Que onda? read more

It was my first time here and the entrance is thru the back of the gas station. Overall it was just ok. I got the $8 wash with the molten soap. Just wish the blow dryer was a bit stronger so there wouldn't be so much water and soap after coming out of the wash. read more

Good for what it is, a fast and superficial automatic car wash for $5-12. Got the basic layer of dust off without any scratches or damage. As with any automatic car wash, really takes like 2 minutes and a fun little water show from inside the car. Credit to management, when I mentioned some bird poop seemed I have no improvement after the first run through the wash, the manager grumpily but still readily let me go through the car wash again to see if it would make any progress on bird poop, even though as he said "you can't get bird shit off like this." He is technically right, so it was legitimately very nice of him to let me go again. read more

Just got the top wash. Great brand new car wash. Super clean car and comes out dry. No waiting to get your car cleaned. Took only a few minutes. No waiting in line. Love it. Love the free vacs. Did the whole car and truck as well. read more

In and out drive through car wash without the hassle of waiting. $5! So I have to do my own vacuuming. Big deal. Better than having to pay $20 nowadays at a hand car wash place! If you own your expensive luxury BMW or Tesla, I wouldn't come here. You'd probably want to pay someone to come to your house and do a more detailed job. I get it. But I'm leasing. And quite frankly, I haven't seen any scratches or damages to the car. So I'm happy that this car wash gets the job done in a jiffy! read more

They do a good job and my experience with the management has been good too. Whenever I've had any problems with my monthly tag or anything they have fixed the problem. Nice machine car wash. Very powerful wash and dry. Got the $11 wash on my truck and came back with my car cuz it was so good. I had high expectations due to the reviews. It did get my cars and tires clean but the rims were still dirty. I was hopin.... The blow dry is powerful but still leaves some areas wet. But for a machine, does an awesome job. I'll have to try the $5 wash next time. For that price, it might be worth it just for the fun of driving thru the car wash! read more

For $5 dollars? That is a pretty damn good car wash! Was very surprised of the outcome. Drive thru car washes usually are a hit or miss with me, but I was very impressed! The dryer wasn't as strong as I expected it to be, but a few wipes with a towel did the trick! They have free vacuums once out exit the drive thru. I usually come here twice a month after work since it's so close by and it's so quick! I'm satisfied with my $5 carwash. (There are better options as well for a higher price - which isn't expensive at all) read more

Great location! I came here for a car wash after seeing the great reviews and I was not disappointed. It is just unfortunate that it is attached to an ARCO, which is inconvenient for me because I'd rather use my credit card and it is kind of annoying that they charge an extra fee for using a debit card, but I think that this car wash makes it worth it to go there. They have three different options for washes, which are five, eight, and eleven dollars. I just got the basic five dollar wash in order to see what the place was like. There's a free 5 minute vacuum, which is amazing! However, it is a little confusing because they have vacuum stations for "after the carwash," which is visible from the gas station. If you're vacuuming before the carwash, you can pull into the back lot, where there are more vacuuming stations. I was pleasantly surprised at the exceptional customer service, after receiving below-par customer service at the ARCO gas station... The attendants were friendly, helpful, and attentive. They were quick to come help me and told me exactly what I needed to do. As far as car wash spots go, this place is one of the best! read more
