I was in need of a car wash that was cheap and this place was it! I went on a Saturday at around 11am and it was real busy, but the process went by fast, which was what I needed. The quality of the wash is not detailed, but for a good general wash of my car, did just fine and well. The fun part is just sitting in your car and watch the washing happening! Hello, I am reaching out to share my experience at your car wash today because I left feeling very upset and unsafe. I arrived, paid my $6, and waited for assistance. When the manager arrived, he guided me on how to position my wheels and pointed to the posted directions. I have used this car wash many times, and I always follow the instructions, but I still double-checked to make sure I was doing everything correctly. He told me that I had my foot on the brake, which I did not. I doubted myself and checked multiple times to make sure my parking brake was not on. The manager continued to repeat this and nod his head at me as if I did not know what I was doing. This happened several times. I politely said that I would leave so I wouldn't hold up the line, but he insisted I stay. While I appreciated him trying to help, he continued to speak to me in a way that made me very uncomfortable. He even called the customer behind me to come look at my car, and that person confirmed I was doing everything correctly. The manager, Alonso, then said that because my car is new, I probably didn't know what I was doing. He even suggested that I call my husband to ask him how to operate my car. This was inappropriate and disrespectful. He raised his voice several times, which frightened my children who were in the car. I repeatedly asked to be allowed to leave without completing the wash, but he refused and insisted I could not leave. I felt pressured and unsafe, as if I was being forced to stay and continue the car wash. In the end, I went through the wash only because I felt I had no choice. The entire situation left me shaken, upset, and scared. I am bringing this to your attention because I do not want anyone else to feel intimidated or disrespected at your business. The manger was very rude, cussing at me because he was to busy talking to his girlfriend/ coworker. Instead of guiding my car and doing his job. When I decided to not have service because he was cussing, he stated I was not getting a refund because his boss wasn't there. Which was lie his boss was there and he still was cussing. STAY AWAY!! I paid for the top car wash and was not given it simply because someone cut in front of me. When I reported it before entering they said "you took too long in pulling up" and said they could do nothing about it. You would think they'd be better coordinated with having 2 lines. Been coming here for like 2 years last time had an issue and brought it up to staff because at the rinse cycle it did not rinse only threw soap. We let staff know and he followed up with " it's because it's a big car we don't want to take big cars anymore " while we showed him that the car was full of soap and he said okay pass it again but it's not a guarantee it'll come out clean, we said why? If a big car just passed through and it did a rinse cycle. The staff was rude and condescending for no reason when we were just bring up an issue - when he told him we've been here several TIMES --and never had an issue, we just wanted to pass it again for a rinse. Staff was rude and said he would have issues with the owner ??? And they were giving us a "free" wash and we let him know we were asking for the money back at all we just wanted a rinse cycle! The people act like they don't wanna be there and talk quietly. It's a loud car wash, you need to yell. The manager wanted to argue about the stains on my car being from a tree and therefore the wash wouldn't remove it. I live in the desert at an air force base there's no trees. Then, I got through the wash, and there's soap stains all over the back window and side mirrors of the car. Vacuums don't suck up anything, I had to spend 15 minutes vacuuming and it did nothing. I went to get it wiped down, when I told the associate, Ben, about the issue, he stated "this is a soft wash car wash if you don't like it take your vehicle somewhere else". Good for what it is, a fast and superficial automatic car wash for $5-12. Got the basic layer of dust off without any scratches or damage. As with any automatic car wash, really takes like 2 minutes and a fun little water show from inside the car. Credit to management, when I mentioned some bird poop seemed I have no improvement after the first run through the wash, the manager grumpily but still readily let me go through the car wash again to see if it would make any progress on bird poop, even though as he said "you can't get bird shit off like this." For $5 dollars? That is a pretty damn good car wash! Was very surprised of the outcome. Drive thru car washes usually are a hit or miss with me, but I was very impressed! The dryer wasn't as strong as I expected it to be, but a few wipes with a towel did the trick! They have free vacuums once out exit the drive thru. I usually come here twice a month after work since it's so close by and it's so quick! I'm satisfied with my $5 carwash. Nice machine car wash. Very powerful wash and dry. Got the $11 wash on my truck and came back with my car cuz it was so good. I had high expectations due to the reviews. It did get my cars and tires clean but the rims were still dirty. I was hopin.... The blow dry is powerful but still leaves some areas wet. But for a machine, does an awesome job. Not good. My car came out still covered in soap. There was tons of soap inside the hatchback area too. I have gone to other drive-thru car washes like this, and that didn't happen. Great location! I came here for a car wash after seeing the great reviews and I was not disappointed. It is just unfortunate that it is attached to an ARCO, which is inconvenient for me because I'd rather use my credit card and it is kind of annoying that they charge an extra fee for using a debit card, but I think that this car wash makes it worth it to go there. They have three different options for washes, which are five, eight, and eleven dollars. I just got the basic five dollar wash in order to see what the place was like. There's a free 5 minute vacuum, which is amazing! However, it is a little confusing because they have vacuum stations for "after the carwash," which is visible from the gas station. If you're vacuuming before the carwash, you can pull into the back lot, where there are more vacuuming stations. I was pleasantly surprised at the exceptional customer service, after receiving below-par customer service at the ARCO gas station... The attendants were friendly, helpful, and attentive.
