We can't say enough good things about Little Sunshine's. Our daughter has attended since she was a…read morenewborn and is now almost 3 and we have seen tremendous growth in her thanks to the wonderful staff. We want to give a special shoutout to her current teacher Ms. Enyale, who our daughter says is one of her friends. Every transition to a new classroom is hard, because it means she leaves a great teacher. We always worry that there is no way that the next classroom can be as good as her last, but Ms. Enyale has blown us away. It is the expectation that she is in a safe and friendly environment, but Ms. Enyale has been an extension of our parenting that has developed responsibility, vocabulary, and now even potty training. We are amazed at how much she has learned in a relatively short period of time and it would not be possible without Ms. Enyale and all of the great teachers there.

I'm surprised no one else has reviewed this! Amy is the lady who owns and operates the…read moredaycare/preschool. My child attends the preschool program here. We pay $21 a day. If it's under five hours I believe it's $18 but don't quote me on that. Ms. Grace and Ms. Mindy are great with the preschool kids! Each day my child comes home with a report on how his day went and what they learned and did that day. They send art work and school papers home as well, which is something our old preschool usually didn't bother to send. Depending on what time your child is here, breakfast, lunch and a snack is provided. The building is clean and colorful. Both the rooms and the playground are set up according to age group. No chance for the big kids to fall on the babies! I highly recommend this place. If wasn't for kindergarten this fall I would bring my child here again!

There are numerous options in…read morethe St. Louis but if you are looking for a safe, clean and caring environment definitely pay HOPE Montessori in Creve Coeur a visit. The facilities are excellent and Susie Shelton-Dodge is the Headmistress and is wonderful and very approachable. They do have before and after school care which is included in tuition. They participate in numerous field trips. The menu in the cafeteria also has very healthy items. The summer camp is also wonderful with numerous fun activities but my favorite part of summer camp is the swimming lessons. They do have a very nice swimming pool on campus (fenced) and teach swimming every day during the summer. Lessons are dependent on ability and age. There is even parent observation day at the end of the summer. No this place isn't cheap but well worth the money. Overall my favorite aspects: 1) Before and after school care 2) Summer camp swimming lessons 3) Small class sizes 4) Safe, diverse and comfortable environment

Our experience started ok. Our son did pretty well but eventually started sharing how some kids…read morepicked on him. These kids tended to be from affluent families and made fun of his clothes or shoes. There became more concerning issues when one child was being threatening towards the children in the class. When we expressed concern the teacher became defensive of the other child and it became very uncomfortable after we had built what I thought was a good report. I found out later that the teacher was close with the other family and even went on a ski trip with them. The director also showed little concern for these more serious issues. I also had to address the fact that my daughters class never washed with soap and water but used hand sanitizer instead. Both of my kids would express that the wrong kids were often disciplined and others got away with whatever they wanted. Every day I asked them how school was and they had nothing good to report sadly. It was hugely disappointing for the amount of money spent there.

Our children attended this center for several years, with their final month being July 2025. While…read morethere were positive moments earlier on, ongoing concerns regarding communication, professionalism, and consistency ultimately led us to withdraw. One incident involved our 7-year-old being required to lie down in a toddler classroom during rest time without a blanket or pillow. We were not notified the day this occurred and only learned about it after our child disclosed it. Two teachers later confirmed the situation. When we met with the owner, the concerns about age-appropriateness and lack of same-day communication were not clearly addressed. Communication regarding behavior was inconsistent. In this instance, it was presented at pickup on paper rather than communicated when it occurred. Families also paid a separate summer activity fee in addition to tuition, yet multiple scheduled field trips were canceled due to transportation or other issues. There were also concerns about privacy practices. Prior-year tax documents were taped to the front door and left unattended. After withdrawing our children, I had to follow up to obtain required paperwork. How this was handled ultimately prompted me to write this review. Although our children left in July 2025, the tax document issue reinforced broader concerns about transparency and professionalism. After posting reviews on other platforms, I was contacted privately by an employee. I was later unable to access the business's Facebook page. This review reflects my direct experience. I encourage families to ask detailed questions about communication practices, discipline policies, summer programming, and how confidential documents are handled before enrolling.

This daycare has a great curriculum and a clean open environment, but for me the management and…read moreowner made the experience absolutely awful. The teacher my son had was more than qualified and absolutely amazing, she went above and beyond to make my son comfortable and work with him and his special needs. The management and the owner were not as willing to work with him on his needs. I would recommend his particular teacher as a nanny or babysitter to anyone and everyone. Just not this facility or this Company.
