They only approved 2 weeks and it's something I take every day and will need to take every day from now on. When I called the Pharmacy to get the refill, they told me on Monday that there are no refills approved so they would call the MD for a refill. On Tuesday it still was not filled on Wednesday I called the MD office and they told me they called it in and it should be filled that day so I went there that night to pick up but they did not have the order and said again they need the MD to refill with an order. The next morning, Thursday, I called the MD office and they told me they just got the order from the Pharmacy and "my provider was not in the office so another provider has to ok the refill" which still had not been done! They seem to have so many patients that they cannot take care of the ones they have. The receptionist made all kinds of excuses and said she would have the MD call me which never has happened. I still don't have the Rx I need! They are pathetic.

But if you want a true care team--literally two doctors who will know your children by name, provide thoughtful and individualized treatment, and actually keep you informed--this is the place for you. When I first called, Anastasia let me know they're a smaller practice. So yes, I may wait on hold for a couple minutes while they're helping another patient--but I'll take that any day over the rushed, impersonal care we've experienced elsewhere. At the other offices, they'd order multiple bacterial infection tests based only on symptoms I described over the phone--without even seeing my children. However, I later received an unexpected separate office visit charge in addition to the preventive exam billing. My concern was not the care itself, but the lack of transparency regarding billing. During the wellness visit, the provider briefly reviewed outside lab results I had brought with me, and I was later billed for a separate office visit associated with that discussion. I was not informed during the appointment that this could result in an additional charge. After reviewing my visit documentation, I also felt portions of the note did not fully reflect my understanding of the visit, particularly regarding the extent of evaluation performed beyond the wellness exam. After raising concerns and providing supporting documentation, the office acknowledged overlap between the preventive visit and additional billing and indicated the matter would be reviewed. When we went to the doctors office the doctor simply wasn't warming at all, it wasn't comfortable for my significant other even though we explained to the doctor that we haven't seen one in a very long time. Last Wednesday we scheduled an appointment to get blood work done after not getting blood work done for years. Which the doctor knows. After logging into the portal which the front office told us to do it seemed like the results came in the next day for the blood/urine work. There was absolutely NO COMMUNICATION, no call or follow up from the front office nor the doctor about the blood results. As a matter of fact we had to contact the doctors office ourselves to get an update which they had said the doctor would follow up but never did. We waited an entire week, Which is absolutely ridiculous because the doctor should follow up with you the next day if they cared enough. Still no phone call. After a week we decide to finally call them to ask what was going on. The lady at the front desk Continued to tell us that everything was "normal" and the doctor "didn't have time" and that's why he didn't call. Word for word said "the doctor didn't call because he is busy with other patients." What kind of doctor does that? The level of upset doesn't even make sense. I have never been to a doctors office and had experience such disrespect. As someone (my significant other) that hasn't seen a doctor in years we should not have this experience. It was the absolute worst visit for him and I really regret taking our business here. I want the doctor and the front office to know that they need to fix their ways because the way that they treated my significant other is completely unacceptable. The front desk lady also had told us that we should be able to understand what was written on the portal. How would we do that when we're not a doctor? Simply just so upsetting. I will be taking my blood work to a different doctors office and I hope everyone takes the time to review this review, and I hope Dr. Ramin as well as the front office takes everything I'm saying it into consideration.
