Being full-service means you drive your car up to the car wash, then disembark, and the staff takes it from there. You can follow your car through the wash, looking at it through windows from a comfortable walkway. At the end you'll end up in a small auto shop with the cashier. There you can buy air fresheners and other auto maintenance products. Meanwhile, your car's wash ends with a towel dry by the staff and your car is waiting for you at the exit. Overall, it's an interesting experience and generally gets your car much cleaner than a common coin-operated automated carwash. Pricing is a bit high, but for the service you get, it's reasonable.

Seriously, all that was needed was a vacuum nozzle placed down and swipe. Not done. Underneath the seats, ah..no not done either. The door frames not wiped down. The dashboard area was not wiped down. Waste of money. Now, I know people doing this work get paid very little, but this was unless. Plus, when my vehicle was completed, no one came to get me. Ah..why. When I did walk up to the cashier they were personable,[ I mean everyone was very very nice] , they gave me the keys and thanked me for coming. Well, I hadn't pay yet...[sorry I just didn't take the keys and leave,,,they wouldn't have know the difference]. I did complain, and one of the staff did vacuum and wipe down the dashboard. They were very apologetic too. Although $0.01 is donated to the "Kids Food Basket" program [which was not mentioned & I saw no signage about]. Quick wash & wax OK. I was still a little confused, and instead of explaining what I needed to do, he became irritated and asked, "Have you ever been to a car wash before?" When I apologized and said it was my first time, he responded with, "Well, are you gonna pay me? Because nothing is free." Of course mistakes can happen, more so with first time customers but that doesn't give you a reason to be rude or impatient. There was no clear communication in this situation at all! If workers don't have the patience to help first-time customers, they shouldn't be the ones guiding vehicles.

Although I had a scheduled appointment for detailing, due to the rudeness of the employees and my general concern for the level of service I would receive I decided not to leave my car for service. When I arrived there was no one in the "office" to check with so I started to drive around the building to see if I needed to enter at another door. Once I finally met someone from the car wash I was rudely told to take my car back to the other side of the building. After moving my vehicle, I went back to the door and didn't see anyone in the office so I went back to the door where I had seen the employee who told me where to park. While going through that door to the now occupied office I overheard one employee telling the other "that guy isa f#£€ing idiot". For a moment I decided to let it go and handed my keys to the other employee. After a moment of thought I realized I didn't want to count on employees with that kind of attitude cleaning my vehicle. I'm not sure if they do a good job with detailing but I'm pretty sure i won't be finding out anytime soon. There are wash upgrades of what services they can provide. All upgrades are performed by the automated wash. There is no human labor involved in the cleaning process. With each upgrade both the single wash and monthly pass prices go up. Takes about 5 minutes for the entire wash. Machine does a pretty good job drying, but I bring a few old rags in my trunk to wipe off the extra water and shine up some spots the wash rags misses. I also open up doors and trunk and dry the door jams. They provide a free vacuum, as does their competitor. I bring this up because their sister location on Sternberg Rd only provides complimentary vacs if you have the monthly pass. The vacs do a great job. Basically they suck. Also for an additional charge, you can get your mats scrubbed. However it only works on flat mats. WeatherTech won't make it through the machine.
