He pounded hard on my window and yelled at me "STOP STOP STOP. YOU NEED TO PAY. This is where you pay." With the first time going there, how was I supposed to know that? The car in front of me didn't stop and I didn't see them pay so I was confused. He hands me back my car and yelled ROLL UP YOUR WINDOW NOW. I hadn't even been able to put my card away and was being rushed through the wash. Never again will I go here. You can follow your car through the wash, looking at it through windows from a comfortable walkway. At the end you'll end up in a small auto shop with the cashier. Overall, it's an interesting experience and generally gets your car much cleaner than a common coin-operated automated carwash. Pricing is a bit high, but for the service you get, it's reasonable.
