I asked if he was able to get the red stain out and he started lecturing me that he could have charged me more because he had to redo it. I reminded him that the stain wasn t there when he took the clothes from me. I gave him my credit card to pay, he said something that I couldn t understand. I responded with Excuse me . He thought I was being rude by saying excuse me, but I couldn t understand him because of his accent and the loud blaring radio. I will never go here again, the owner is a jerk and treats his customers poorly.

I had read reviews earlier today before I went, so I WAS expecting it to be good. When I got there and saw the place, at first I wasn't so sure. Then I learned the machines don't take quarters. They have a card system. I was not familiar with that at all. BUT the female attendant was Extremely Patient and Helpful! I wonder if she's the owner? She was excellent at making this a smooth situation for me. She put a reasonable amount of money on the card for me. $10. Helped me learn how to use the washer. The cost was $6.50. She also helped me with the dryers. That cost me $3.00. The dryers are THE BEST of any laundromat I've ever been to. And I'm in my 60s. I will definitely keep this place in mind whenever I need to do laundry and I'm down that way again.

The washing machines are available in different…read more sizes, I believe it was $4.50 for the medium size washer I chose and if you did not bring liquid detergent / fabric softener those can be purchased I believe for $1.00 per one time use packet (which I recall the liquid detergent saying to use 2 packets for bigger loads). The dryer I believe are all $0.25 for 5 minutes so be prepared to bring coins, this place does have a machine though to dispense coins if you need it which is helpful if you bring cash. The manager / staff working were friendly and helpful, would come back here again if needed.

I go to pick up the suit and right off the bat, I can tell it wasn't 'white' anymore but a 'yellowish' looking color. Upon closer inspection, there were blotches of yellow/brown stains all over the entire jacket and trousers. I can't believe that they would try and pass this off as acceptable and just assume that the customer was dumb enough not to see it! I rejected it and asked them to redo the process again. I picked it up a few days later and the blotches are still there and the suit has lost its bright white color. I can't even find a replacement white linen suit anymore. I should have done a little more research before I settled for this place. Never again!

Had it brought to Bloomfield Cleaners, truthfully expecting them to turn down due to the xxl size, we weren't! The duvet was serviced exceptionally, was as fluffy as when I first purchased. Very impressed- they even had a duvet bag big enough to fit the duvet in it.
