If I could give 10 stars I would!…read more I honestly can't thank this shop enough for helping me when I really needed it. I was driving from Merced to Las Vegas when something told me I should stop and get my oil changed. When I pulled into another shop, they told me they couldn't do the oil change because my car had an active coolant leak. At that point, I was in Bakersfield, hours away from home and still hours away from my destination. As a woman traveling alone, I was honestly scared and worried that something was seriously wrong with my car. Thankfully, I found this shop. David took the time to listen to what was going on and immediately wanted to help. Even though they were busy, he understood my situation and didn't just treat me like another customer. He genuinely cared. That meant a lot to me, especially being so far away from home and not knowing what was wrong with my car. After taking a look, they found that my radiator cap was broken and causing the leak. They replaced it, and just like that, the problem was solved. The relief I felt in that moment was huge. What I thought might turn into a major repair ended up being a simple fix because of their honesty and willingness to help. What really stood out to me, though, was the kindness. David even called me the next day to make sure I had made it safely to my destination. That simple gesture meant so much and showed me that he truly cares about the people who walk through his doors. It's not every day you come across genuinely good people, and this shop is full of them. I am beyond grateful for everyone who helped me that day. If I'm ever back in Bakersfield and need anything for my car, I know exactly where I'm going. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into one that restored my faith that there are still honest, caring people out there.

But educated on the realistic situation and severity of when I should look into full repairs. I was able to continue with peace of mind. And my fluids checked and filled. Excellent value and experience overall. They saved my rig from completely being nonoperational. Gratitude for these honesty humans. Will return if it makes sense in my travels.

After waiting over 2 hours with zero communication, I finally had to ask for an update myself. Since I was traveling and couldn't leave my car there, I decided to take it back -- but they still charged me the diagnostic fee, even though they didn't look at the car, diagnose anything, and offered no explanation for the problem. It felt like a complete waste of time and money. Poor communication, no results, and no respect for the agreement I signed. I would not recommend this shop, especially if you value honesty and clear communication.
