(Before I start with the review, let me state that only a few years ago, I used multiple…read morelaundromats in Stuttgart many times, as not having a washing machine in the building at all is still pretty common there. And there was not a single incident. Would I remember where these places were, I'd give them 4-5 stars now.)
I was going to give this place 3 or maybe even 4 stars.
But after having just walked 30 minutes (total, obviously - otherwise, public transport probably would've been quicker) in the rain to and from it because some GreenClean douche on the phone told me that the machines that were defective yesterday supposedly got fixed today, I am slightly ticked off.
The washing room in my own building is run by a couple of people with questionable management skills as well and the dryer is just horrible, which is why I went to these laundromats to begin with.
The second day without getting to wash my clothes, I have now finally run out of clean underwear and can thus only recommend: If your washing machine happens to break or you maybe move into a new apartment and have to wait for it to get delivered - do NOT consider any of these places. Ask relatives, friends, co-workers, neighbors, that dude you once met at a bar, walk down the street with a sign saying "Will **** for doing my laundry" (feel free to fill in the blank...) but do NOT bother spending a cent on these.
GreenClean may have a great presentation and seem fairly clean and modern but it seems that the company is run by people with a similar mindset as this one (that review is German, unfortunately):

AND it is pretty expensive at least if you do just a single wash (paid about half in Stuttgart).
