John Blackburn returned my call, set up an appointment, arrived on time, assessed my sprinkler issues, found a leak and dug around until he located it. He replaced sprinkler heads (my system is only a year and a half old, added two more to my system, adjusted what needed adjustments, did 2 hours of work in one hour and charged a fair price. I'm so happy with his efficient work that I'm recommending him to everyone. Oh, and he's a nice guy.

I don't know what to do but it's through my HOA and if you have an HOA9 out of 10 they're probably getting. A kickback of some sort to be here I don't understand. Nobody speaks English and to try to find somebody to speak to is impossible. They refuse to help you in any way
