We did a bounce house rental through Warrior Bouncers last weekend for a birthday party. From Yelp and talking on the phone, it sounds like they are based out of Mililani. We placed our order about 10 days in advance and we were able to work out everything on the phone with no issues (Thank you Mel!). They just asked us some questions - when, where, if they were able to use stakes in the grass and if we had an outlet available to use. The stakes and generator was provided by them. We paid $100 deposit and paid the rest on the day of delivery (total: $216) and we were lucky enough to get a Labor Day discount. Day of event - Warrior Bouncers called us and asked if it would be okay for them to come and set up early. We said yes and we were already setting up anyway. When they came, they worked sooo fast and efficiently. Sorry I didn't get any names!! But there were three of them, two guys and a lady and they were super nice too! We got the Bluey Purple Crush Combo which needed I think a 17x19 setup area in our backyard and fit perfectly with our large tent! In the bounce house we got, there was a little basketball hoop and slide. When they blew up the bounce house, I appreciated that they wiped down most of the dirty spots. After the event - they came a little bit past the pickup time and they were nice enough to let all the adults and kids get one last bounce in! They broke down and put everything away very quick. The staff are SO nice and very easy to work with. From reserving, setting up, breaking down everything went smoothly and awesome. We definitely recommend this business to anyone in need of bouncers (they also do rental equipment - chairs, tables, coolers, generators, tents). One of the best bounce house that I've rented so far. They came couple hours early which was so great because my son couldn't wait. They came in set up and also cleaned the inside due to sand. There were still sand inside but the kids didn't care. All they care was that they was still able to jump. Due to couple party around my street, they couldn't find parking to pick up the bounce house. They texted me if they could pick up the bounce house in the morning instead without charging any fees. When my keiki was younger, I'd always rent jumpers from Daniel simply because I was never disappointed with the service from himself or his employees. I'm super disappointed in this company. We had a party scheduled for late May unfortunately we had to cancel it. We were able to cancel well within the timeframe. My Husband has been calling, emailing and texting to get our deposit back. Unfortunately it has been a month and we STILL haven't received our deposit. At one point they did respond saying they would refund us at the end of the weekend. We waited. Come Monday-NO DEPOSIT still. Then we reach out again-received another email saying that they are closing down the business and refund will come at the end of the week. At this point I'm pissed. They haven't answered any of our calls nor bother to call us back. Either way, communication is lacking. It's infuriating to say the least. Im tired of them not following through on what they said they would do from the start. I understand it must be alot to make the decision to shut down a business but unfortunately they were not transparent from the beginning with us nor were they responsive all the way. We've received minimum text and email. We're honestly feeling pushed around at this point and they're saying just enough to keep us calm. At this point we are owed our deposit back, end of story. Most of my reviews are usually good but never renting from them again. The booking process was great, fast and owner Daniel was nice during the process. I already had plans to use them again for 3 of our events coming up within a year. I even referred them to my family and friends already and they were going to use them I reserved a Happy Birthday Dream Combo which was mostly pink in the picture and some purple, the generator and sand bags because when I went to get the permit they told me it had to be sand bags. This was for Sunday 08/14/22 and I paid in full when I booked online on July 29. Then I got the confirmation with contract. The owner tried calling me to confirm my booking on the Friday 08/12/22 before the event. I couldn't answer because I was at work so I texted him to confirm. Then came the day of the event. I wasn't at the site yet but my siblings were there first. I texted the owner just to check on the status of the bounce house because I didn't get any calls or text saying they were going to be late. I had schedule the rental for 10am-6pm. I thought they were going to set up before 10am but I just texted the owner at 10:14am & he said he'll check. Then I got 5 missed calls from the people delivering around 10:22am but called them back at 10:23am. They didn't get to our site until almost 1040am. They were setting up then my sister sends me a pictures and calls me to ask "I thought you got the pink birthday dream one?" After I seen the picture I called Daniel to tell him that "I reserved the Pink Happy Birthday Dream Combo but we got a grey, purple, pink Encanton Disney." Then he said "oh ya no thats not the one let me call them." I had my aunty follow up after me because I was getting ready to go to the beach and load up the rest of our things. She called me after they talked. She tried to ask if there's any way they could compensate at least because communication wasn't good, we didn't get it on time or at least get a call and got the wrong one. I guess he got offended because he told me aunty he was just going to send his guys back already to take the bounce house and give hs a refund. He said we were screwing him over and he didn't want to deal with us anymore. Then my aunty said "no don't do that becuase it'll ruin the birthday celebrants day more." Then he tells my aunty "why? you're not going to tell me what to do and what not to do with my bouncers." I texted the owner after but whatever. What's done is done. It was my birthday but the bounce house was for the kids there. No more client referrals going to them. read more

It was my son's 8th birthday and I was thinking that bounce house would be too childish for 8 year old boys, but my son insisted that we have a bounce house(with a slide version) for his birthday party so we did. And it turned out just great! All the kids had a blast with the combo bouncers! We ordered the party package with the big tent, and I'm very glad that I decided to get the big tent as well as the weather was not so great on the day we had the birthday. But with the big tents, the parents were able to chill out in the tent while the kids played at the bounce house that got even more fun with the rain as the slide gets super fast when it gets wet! Danny and staff were very helpful from the beginning to the end. They were flexible with us changing pick up time and that was very grateful. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I would choose 0 stars if I could. We were not happy with their services. When we first set up the party, we've noticed a broken chair. We weren't that bothered by it but did point out because we did not want to be responsible for that. What really upset us was that the generator died out twice last night while there were kids inside the bouncing house - my 2 year old niece screamed her head off because she almost got trapped inside. Thank goodness no one was seriously injured. At the very least, we kindly asked to be reimbursed for the interrupted play time for the kids but no one has gotten back to us or had even apologized for what happened. Each time they've given great customer service over the phone and it's really easy to order online. The team that shows up to set up the bouncy house and to take it down don't let me know are always friendly and polite. Tip: sign Up for their emails and you will be sent codes to get discounts. I have always ordered the slide/bounce combo and upgraded to the water option. They do have plain bouncy houses as well as water slides. As a woman in my 30s- it was honestly hard for me to get up the water slide steps and I did slip a few times (ha ha). However the kids didn't have a problem and loved laughing at me as I tried. I do think they should add a rope or arm grip at the top of the latter to the slide so it is easier to get to the top of the slide. There are also several themes to pick from.
