I went around quite a few stores just the other week trying to find one that would take a few links out of a loose bracelet to make it fit nicely. After being given a ridiculous price in one store, then being given a reasonable price but told I would have to wait 10 days to have the bracelet back, I came here. I honestly expected to be given another ridiculous price or waiting time as from the outside this appears to be a very pricey establishment. What I found however, was that the staff were very polite and gave me the same price as the second store I visited but told me my bracelet would be ready to collect in only 2 hours. This was music to my ears so I handed over the bracelet and went back to work. When I returned to the store to pick the bracelet back up I was advised that the price they charge includes a complimentary clean of my jewellery. I was delighted; my silver bracelet looked as new as the day my mother gave it to me. Result!

It is absolutely ideal for all mothers, babies, teenage girls, and women and those who are religious in the religions I have mentioned above. The prices all range from mostly, under £10. They gift wrap it for free in beautiful, dark, blue tissue paper and they place the gifts into a paper bag that has fantasy creatures and angel related images drawn onto it. Very pretty, ideal wrapping paper I thought, I've used it for a friends birthday present.

Amongst the better things they sell are those Chinese-style flying 'wish' lanterns, like the ones on the HSBC advert around the time of Chinese New Year - but apart from those I found it difficult to find anything particularly appealing. He is designing and making my wedding ring, to fit around an antique engagement ring. He has made a silver mock up of the wedding ring which he has allowed me to take away and think about, I'm not a very good decision maker, so having time to think is a great touch. Having had my engagement ring for a few days to make up the mock ring, he cleaned and polished it for free! He will also use your designs and make to order, using your own metal or his. I really can't fault this place, I love the 1:1 service it's a real personal touch I can't fault. And my very favourite bit is that you have to ring a little bell to be let in the shop.. Simple things! Parking can be an issue so why not leave the car at home and celebrate with a drink or two on the Avon gorge hotel which boosts great views over looking the Clifton Suspension bridge!?
