called them on a type of litigation they are known for both agents were rude, unprofessional and one hug up on me! never have i experinced such unprofessional behavior from a large firm! i would advise steer clear as behavioral issues of the staff are clearly allowed and accpeted and i will be sure to speak to my experinece with them! read more

After 3 years of using this firm for my disability claim and my final denial I am extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and being passed around to different paralegals. Sabrina is the best yet when I got past a certain point she had to pass me along. I was promised a weekly update which I never received. I met with my assigned attorney 30 minutes prior to my hearing with the judge which went extremely well as the attorney stated. After again waiting another 3+ months for the judges final decision yet again another denial. Appealed that decision and denied again. I am now released from them because I will not start over again with this firm. My assigned attorney tells me the SSDI got it wrong and I only wonder why, what could they have done better for me??? Sorry I put my faith in them. They will respond to reviews if given a 5 star but won't if given less than. read more

If I could give no stars I would. Scott Wesson took my worker's compensation case 2 years ago. I'm getting ready to have a third surgery for my injuries. Scott doesn't return calls, emails nothing! Had me come into his office to tell me I was going to get more then 1,500.00. Last summer, here I am about to have another surgery, haven't received a single penny from comp is well over a year, they won't approve my PT, I have a 10lb weight limit on both hands and I can't get anywhere!! I've spoke to the owners and Scott calls and tells me he will call me back in two days. That was 8 weeks ago!!!! I left a negative review and I received a phone call and was asked to take it down. I told him I will not take it down until I get answers. That was 2 years ago. I'm ready to fire his ass and find someone that knows what they are doing. read more

I found out this week that they didn't pay a $12,000 bill from the hospital that I sent them 3 times. They said I didn't send it to them so they aren't responsible. And then to add insult to my injuries, they said "don't contact us again". Thanks Derrick. read more

When I was the victim of an insurance scammer, Warren & Griffin had no compunction about taking her case. Then again, the buses in Chattanooga with their ad on the side of them ("Hurt? KA-CHING!") say a lot about the kind of law firm they are. I believe the term is "ambulance chasers." OTOH, I called them myself when I had an accident on some church owned property which resulted in catastrophic injuries. They were salivating at the thought of a big payout...until I told them the name of the church. I was then informed, "Oh, we can't sue THAT church - the judge is a member there!" All they had to do was request a change of venue if the case went to trial, but no...so much for doing the right thing! If you're looking for a good, ethical law firm...keep on looking. read more

This is my second time leaving a review to express my great disappoint dealing with Mr. Derrick Nelson. My case has been going on since December 2019 and during that time I have only spoken to Mr. Nelson six or seven times. I have called Mr. Nelson a countless number of times ,but unfortunately he hasn't had the common decency to return my calls. The last time I called his office was on June 20, 2022. I spoke with Christine, and I was told that Mr. Nelson would return my call later that same day. I waited, and waited, and waited some more, but as usual I was disappointed when Mr. Nelson didn't return my call. After not receiving a call back, I took it upon myself to try a different form of communication. I emailed Mr. Nelson and as usual he didn't respond to that either. All of my contact information has been the same for years, therefore there should be no reason for the lack of communication between Mr. Nelson and myself. I have tried to reach Mr. Nelson through Phone calls, voice mails, and emails, but alas the majority of them have gone unanswered without any sort of reply. Sad to say this has been the norm, for the past few years. He has neglected my case in every possible way. On the rare occasions that I was able to speak with Mr. Nelson, he behaved rather rudely and unprofessionally. I'm aware that not everyone may have the same experience as myself, but I hope my review is enough to make you thing twice. I say all of this to say, heed my warning, please consider another law firm when looking for a lawyer for your case. Working with this law firm has been one of the worst experiences of my life. Please save yourself the headache and choose different, and remember just because Judas isn't the Devil doesn't mean you should trust him. read more

you should be embarrassed to have this many reviews like this.I called for some friends who had been rear ended. asked to speak with attorney he was not in could not answer any of my questions just wanted to give me his voice mail. guess what no call back. You would be a fool to use this law firm. these are those attorneys that get your business never call you back and then take large amounts of money for doing as little as possible with terrible customer service. you dont want these guy working for you thats for sure. read more
