The thing is: my fiance is a visionary and has a very unique artistic eye, and I am a professional buyer. So what we absolutely need was someone incredibly skilled with the camera, nice in person, professional, and competitively priced. And Manya, exceeded those requirements and more!! Manya shot for our engagement shoot as well as our wedding and here are the results: -Communication: Manya responded to her emails quickly and thoughtfully. She explained every little detail and goes out of her way to share more information that she thought we might need. Our first meetup was at Starbucks. She came although she had the flu. This dedication is consistant throughout our experience with her. Score: 10/10 -Engagement Shoot: We settled on a location a month ahead of time but wanted to change it 40 more miles away and asked her 2 days before the shoot. Although we knew our request was unreasonable, she easily said yes. She arrived even before we did and shot a few extra photos beyond our timeslot. Score: 10/10 -Wedding Shoot: Manya arrived on time and ready to shoot and with her 2nd photographer (i think her name is Lauren). She did her research on the location and quickly began shooting. Manya is so comfortable to be around and provided instructions that was clear and mindful of our comfort. She stayed close to us and made all of our guests feel comfortable. Score: 10/10 Photos: my wife and I think that Manya has the most amazing timing. She is really skillful in knowing when to shoot and that is reflected in her photos. Her processing of the photos are also unmatched. Her estimated proceesing time is 90 days and she although it took about 92 calendar days, it was through Christmas, New Years, and other holidays. She apologized for the delay but considering the holidays, no apologies were needed. We appreciate her transparency. Score: 10/10 Of all my reviews, this is my 3rd perfect score for a review. And there is no exaggeration. Manya is a true professional, thoughtful and is so easy to be around. Thank you Manya!

My family is blended with two different cultures so things can get complicated. She gave me a follow up plan for our next meeting and let me know what was needed from me. As time permitted we spoke, texted, and face timed all the details. She gave me real time pricing and not one detail was spared. The venu, restaurant, decor, and all details discussed were completely present the day and time of the event. The whole thing went smoothly a she adjusted to all the cultural details with ease. My event was upscale and just magical. She arrived ready to work and made it look easy!

I can't explain how much of a positive experience working with Tuly and Charley were throughout my…read morewedding process. I never met Tuly in person because I was in Texas while working on my wedding in California, but that did not impact our communication or the wedding at all. The process was so structured (which I absolutely need) and the website Tuly used to was extremely helpful. As for Charley, WOW. Let's just say my entire wedding party and guests know who Charley is because she went above and beyond!!!!! For the initial venue visit with ELE, Charley came and took notes for me. From the beginning, Charley was wonderful. She is very personable and so easy to get along with. She always arrived before the scheduled time (which eased my anxiety a lot) and started on time with everything. On wedding day, same thing. She addressed questions for guests/wedding party to not interfere with me getting ready. She was so prepared and on top of it. There is nothing Charley did not do! She wasn't paid to decorate, she wasn't paid to serve and cut pie, she wasn't paid to offer water to everyone, she wasn't paid to pour champagne, etc etc etc. But Charley did it ALL!!!! Thank you so much Charley for being so perfect and the Charley that every girl needs on her wedding day. You are such a great person and remember, EVERYONE loved Charley!!!!

I don't know where to start with this lady, we took our son to her for school pictures and we got…read moremixed up with the times she would be there because we go two different email with two different times. We showed up there while she was packing up and she had her two children hold up the background so she could take a picture because we told her it was our fault for being late and we wouldn't ask her to set up again. We paid the full amount for the package (no discount was asked for or given). The pictures should have taken two weeks for the photos which is what we were told, well a month later we got ahold of her and asked when the photos would be ready and she told us oh there already done, I emailed you but I think the email got sent back. Funny thing is the email that was written on the photo packet was correct so her just being the lazy business practitioner she is did not feel like taking the time to resend the email to the correct address. When we finally received the prints they were crooked, uncut, and my son only took up the bottom half of the photo the top half of the entire photo was all background. My wife emailed her and told her she was disappointed in the photos and service and it turned into a huge ordeal. This lady said she has never felt so attacked, she would not let me talk kept cutting me off and frankly was just a terrible person. We asked for just the digital image so we could crop it ourself, she said she wanted his photos back which cost 34 and we would have to pay 30 for an unedited digital image. Not only did she say that she attacked my sons costume and said that was the reason that his image was not good (he was wearing a hon solo costume) we never said the lighting or background was bad just the cropping, yet she still had the nerve to attack my son. This was a hack job photo session that we paid for and I will never ever go through her again or recommend her, we have also talked to the school and they agree that they will not use her services again. Maybe she has just gotten grumpy since her last good review 4 years ago.
