I can see how they stay in business. If you have an emergency that comes up they make no provision for this. I wish I had seen the reviews before making the appointment. I was scheduled and I had to go to the emergency doctor to have a procedure. Which I am so glad I did. However, I called and informed them of this and they took the full amount just the same. I understood her to stay 25.00 dollars, but 100.00 is just appalling. @Sara this was the case if I had not gone into the doctors office to have this done, the doctor told me it could had been much worse. If I could give this place a ZERO, I would, and it's because of the owner, Quinn, who doesn't seem to realize that this is a pretty small town, and small businesses who execute business practices like I've experienced as described below eventually get exposed, so here is my Public Service Announcement for everyone to consider prior to booking your appointment here: After my first appointment with Technician Bethany, which was fine...facility is nothing special, but clean, she upsold me a package of 4 so I could save $50. Quinn explained when she made me pre-pay for my appointment over the phone (which I was concerned about, but she would not book the appointment w/o it), that she must do this to protect her business, because she has to pay a tech to show whether the customer shows or not. Reasonable enough, right? Bethany also made a follow up appt. for me for a Saturday, which she said was packed, but she could squeeze me in at 11:00am. Well, I woke up with a horrible head cold the morning of my appt. and called Quinn at 6:30am to cancel, explaining I was ill, apologetic, and wanting to reschedule. She called me back and left me a message that their policy is a 24 hour cancellation and I would have to pay the $99, leaving me only 2 sessions left in my package! I called her almost 5 hours prior to my appointment, I was sick (not wanting to get anyone else ill and feeling awful myself), and she was still going to charge me the whole $99! Horrible! I told her I would circle back with my cc company and cancel all but the $99 for the first session and that she's lost my business and I will tell EVERYONE and post this review on EVERY site I can find. Am I angry? Absolutely, but more importantly, Quinn had no reason to do this. Number one, I was not a no-show. I gave her 5 hours of notice. Number two, her Tech Bethany told me herself that she was packed with appointments that day, so she would not be coming in for no reason if someone canceled. What Quinn doesn't realize is that, if she would have done the right and decent thing, she would have created a loyal client for the long-term. Instead, she lost a great deal of future revenue for the $99 short-term. Do yourself a favor...find somewhere else to do business. Quinn has proven to me that she does not deserve my business, and I hope that she does not get the opportunity do this to other people even though she says she has "thousands" of loyal and happy customers. If her customers are such big fans, I'm curious as to why she had no one to take my appointment with 5 hours worth of notice that morning? October 8, 2018 UPDATE: Quinn and her attorney Colin are threatening to take me to court for defamation and slander, so I have removed the words "thief" and phrases like "she's stealing from me" and "dishonest business practices" throughout my posts and all comments so that I can still be informative to the public and leave my review here. My intention is not to harm Quinn or her business as Quinn and Colin have accused me of doing, but to inform others before choosing to do business here so they understand the rigidity of Quinns policies. If a medical professional such as Quinn does not allow her patients to cancel an appointment for a medical reason or emergency...basically for any reason if it's not within 24 hours, potential customers should know that they themselves could be financially harmed by Quinns policies, just as I have been. Sometimes, we don't know 24 hours prior if we may have a sick child, an emergency, or may be sick ourselves. Most businesses understand that "stuff happens", and that this is part of owning a business, and if it's not abusive or a "no-show", customer service and compassion are the correct way for a business owner to handle these situations. This morning, I again spoke with my cc company and told them to just give her the $99 so I could be done with this foolishness, and they confirmed that not only is Quinn keeping the $99 for the session I cancelled, she is also keeping the other $152 claiming that "all unused funds are forfeited" and my credit card company cannot help me. So...Quinn made $350 on one $99, 35 minute service, all because I tried to save $50 and bought a package, and now that I don't want to do business with her ever again, she gets to keep what I did not use. Not only that, but she posted a copy of my signature here on FB, which is a HIPPA violation as per my Chiropractor. This has been a very disturbing and disappointing experience with Quinn and Warm Springs Wellness Center, but word of mouth is a powerful thing. I went to her for help with a health issue, and this is the result...Quinn made $251 for services she did not provide. Be aware that this could happen to you. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I made an appointment at 5pm on yesterday (Friday 2/11/16). I was scheduled to land in Nashville at 9:00am Saturday which would have given me plenty of time to drive to Murfreesboro and make my appointment. Well....my flight was delayed and now I wasn't scheduled to land until 2pm. I called AT 9:40am CST with the hopes of rescheduling, I was informed that I had to give 24hrs notice in order to cancel or reschedule. I informed "Quinn" (the woman to whom I spoke) that I made my appointment at 5 pm the day prior and that I was not informed of the 24 cancellation policy during my booking. I was told I would still be charged for service rendered although the entire situation was out of my control. I even suggested possibly moving it back to later in the day. She "Quinn" stuck with the company line of "once it's in the system we can't change it". She said that when I came in for my first (and only appointment) that the policy was clearly spelled out in the paperwork. I then informed her that I patronized her business only once and it was over 10months ago, and that when I made my appointment the day prior (at 5:01 to be exact) I was not informed that due to the fact I am making an appointment within the 24hr cancellation/rescheduling policy that once it was in the system it could not be changed. She continued with the company line. Although it is only $40 I am more concerned about the principle than the price. I am not going to go on a bashing tirade concerning this establishment, but this lack of accommodation due to unforeseen circumstances beyond my control was a choice more than a policy. Now, I am the type of person that will go out of my way to promote/brag on great product and or service, and once I find an establishment that is consistent and gives great service, then I am loyal and faithful regarding my patronage. With over 2,000 Twitter followers, 3,500 linked in connections and 3700 Facebook connections their choice probably cost them over $15,000 a year in added revenue and free advertisement between myself and my business partners in the greater Nashville area. Absolutely appalled and disgusted with the service of this woman, I have a major injury and called to make an appt. during Christmas, and gave her my credit card to hold it, no big deal - I do that with plenty of businesses, never had an issue. I called her phone, (not even sure if it's an office phone, or her cell) repeatedly in order to try and reschedule the appointment - and didn't get an answer that morning, when I finally did I was told that I was past her 24 hour notice, and she refused to work with me and reschedule me appt. - all I wanted to do was move the appt. up until after the holidays because unexpected family wanted to come be with me during Christmas...and it felt like a scam, she knew I couldn't make it, and just kept repeating her "policy" that I had no idea of - I gave her my card to make the appt, but wasn't aware that I wouldn't be allowed to reschedule if there was a need to do so. I hadn't been into her business (feels like there isn't even one, feels like a person with a machine at home) to sign or look at any such policy, and I only googled her phone number and didn't look through her website, wasn't told to, and our conversation was about the procedure, not about a strict 24 hour reschedule refusal / cancellation policy. When dealing with people who are ill, and fighting for their lives, and they come to a business like this, and this woman is clearly about the money, and not about someone's health. All I wanted was to change my appt. and she charged me $90 because she refused to reschedule me. She was incredible insensitive and lacking compassion, you can see it in her response - not even acknowledging what went wrong, not trying to resolve anything - no accountability, instead she shows her egotistical nature and looks away instead making a point to be angry with the rating system - which is wonderful when you have friends and associates report, or some happy customers, but when you have someone upset it's not valuable? I wouldn't let someone like that touch my body and it's a blessing I couldn't make it and couldn't reschedule. read more
