I reached out to a buddy who owns a construction company in dover because he knows lots of contractors and I didnt want to get ripped off. He recomend a&m emphatically. He thought outside the box, saved me a ton of money, didnt try to upsell or drag it out.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Jeff Coleman. From the first call, Jeff was responsive and…read moreextremely personable. He did not sound like your average contractor. I was interested in a tub to shower conversion because, unfortunately, my wife and I are getting older, and the tub we had was becoming difficult to enter and exit. Jef listened to my concerns, provided me with different ideas, and made an appointment with me that was convenient to my schedule. I met with Jeff at my home a few days later. He came prepared with samples, options, and a trustworthy demeanor. He sat down with me for over an hour and a half, answering all my questions. He never made me feel rushed, nor did he pressure me in any way to purchase from him. He provided me with a detailed quote of what I decided would work best for my needs. He even advised that his quote would be good for one year and to take my time in deciding if I wanted to move forward. Jeff made me feel confident in his product and installers. My wife and I decided to move forward based on his presentation and confidence in his product. He advised that it would take approximately 6 weeks for the production process. 6 weeks later, he called me to advise that everything had arrived and promptly scheduled an appointment for installation again on a day, which was convenient for us. The installation took one day, and the finished product looks beautiful. My wife and I are enjoying our new shower. We feel much safer now that we can easily walk in and out without concern of slipping and falling. I highly recommend Jeff if you are considering any bathroom remodeling. He is honest and reliable, keeps you updated, and makes sure you are happy after installation. Give Cloud Nine Tubs a call if you're thinking of a new shower. You won't regret it. Thank you, Jeff, for making this investment a pleasant and fun experience. You and your crew installed a beautiful product that I'm confident will last my lifetime.

Jesse set proper expectations about when he could complete the work (he's busy!) and provided an estimate. We stayed in contact regularly until he was able to start the project. I was very happy with the finished product and appreciated how they always cleaned up the site at the end of the day. The final bill was exactly what he quoted me. Since my first experience with Jesse was so positive, he was the first person I called when a tree fell on my roof during our last windstorm. Jesse came right over, assessed the situation and quickly determined that the limb went through the roof. With rain in the forecast, Jesse immediately sent a lift truck to my house (I have a 40 ft roof) and sent a crew to repair the roof that day. I was so impressed with the speed and urgency in which he and his crew worked to fix the problem. Again, his estimate was accurate and there were no surprises. Jesse is always a pleasure to work with. He and his team are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again for future projects.
