They were pretty booked for the day that I needed this work done but Britney went above and beyond to make sure that she could squeeze me in on their schedule! Talking about going above and beyond that was awesome and I really appreciated that! Larry came out and provided me a quote for doing some work at my house and it was very professional as well. The nice gentleman that came out to do the work was also pretty amazing, I believe his name was Corey, very friendly professional and knowledgeable. He assessed to work carefully and when ahead and put in the weatherhead and the electrical pipe that needed connecting and he made sure that he did the work very cleanly and secure, this is always appreciated and after he left he cleaned up and did a nice job overall. She advised they had a full day scheduled for the day but she would contact the boss and call me back. I received a return phone call around 1pm. He said they could come right then and get me taken care of. Two gentleman showed up. They both had great personalities and very friendly. They were even more proficient and professional in their skills. An hour and half later I had a new water heater and new valve. The cost was more than fair. I highly recommend this business.

Unfortunately, my power pole, meter and all, had crashed to the ground leaving us without power for 4 days. I contacted Michael at MPCS and told him my situation. This man was out looking at the pole within an hour. He worked diligently throughout the next few days in the bitter cold to get my power pole and electricity back up and running, so my children, my animals, and myself could finally get warm.
