It's never packed so you are in and out in a hurry. I've compared prices to even the new Specs and they are about the same. I like the specials that this place has every week. Overall, I really like this place. Checkout girls are really friendly. I like that someone finally competed with Jacobs. If you are in the Sachse, Murphy, and Richardson area give them a try. Very rude and poor service…read more.. .I've been shopping at this store for over 2 years buying the same small bottle of on the rocks located at the front of the store priced at $4.99 has a big sign listed on them with the price. I went recently and picked up one and went to pay and the nice man informed me that they were on sale 2 for $7.50..so I purchased 2. Went back the next day to get 2 more and the lady was super rude and said the sale price was $4.99 not regular price which is what I've been paying for years (and the price is clearly written on it)..she insisted I was incorrect and then typed in a higher price manually and proceeded to get very loud and even said the man who told me they were on sale would be fired once I said no thanks I don't want them if the price is no longer as listed on the sign. .I will not be going back!.

He had genuinely friendly customer service. This visit, there were two white males behind the counter talking and joking very loud like it was a rowdy bar. Very distracting and ignorant. I barely received a hello or acknowledgement upon waking in. It was more of an after thought and felt forced. Arrogant and cocky was their general attitude. The previous owner, whom I purchased from several times over the past 6 months, was genuinely friendly and much more professional. They'd even carry my box of liquor to my car when I purchased 6 or more bottles of liquor. These two knuckleheads seemed to be more in love with their macho Texas manhood and smart a** remarks, than genuine customer service. I bought a box full of booze and never was asked if I needed help carrying it to my truck. Store was empty. I first thought the asian owner hired another shift for the evening. Then I realized he may have sold the business to these two clowns. Checked Google, and it confirms a new ownership seems to have occurred in March 2026. Looks like I am gonna be going back to A1 or somewhere else.

I spent over $100 here a couple of days ago, and when I tried to return a pen that wasn't turning on, the staff initially refused, claiming I had used more than half--which was obviously untrue. After admitting it was barely used, she then said the return was denied because it wasn't brought back within 1-2 days of purchase. I had to argue just to get a small discount on a new one. I have no idea how they have so many good reviews--probably fake or given in exchange for a discount. The shop is unbelievably stingy, and I've even seen other reviews complaining about them selling fake products. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
