I told him that I could not be responsible for that door, since no one was home the next day, I called his phone many times, he did not answer and he told me that his truck had been stolen and that he had no possibility of coming with put up my garage door. Sunday passed. I waited on Monday, Tuesday, I contacted them, upset again, yelling at me, I had to file a police report and today, Thursday, they promised that they would come in the morning. I called them this afternoon and what was my surprise when they told me that they were not going to come. I wasn't going to do it and I had to wait for my money. If I wanted it for a month or more, it's a very irresponsible company. They try to scare customers away from complaining. I really wouldn't trust a company that threatens its customers. They get upset because they yell on the phone and threaten to call their lawyers if they continue to bother them and they practically try to tell me that they are not going to return my money. I really suggest that you do not trust such people, they are irresponsible and arrogant, to which I suggested that I would go to the door since I already had a check that covered the value of the garage door, and he said no, he did not have it. and that he was not going to give it to me because if I wanted to wait a month, seven days or even a year for my money to be returned to me, I would have to wait, really try to avoid construction companies like this since they are going to have a bad taste in their mouth.
