I called Overhead Door Company of South Bend-Mishawaka, and their response was unbelievable. They had someone at my house literally within about five minutes. Our technician, David, was great to work with. He was professional, helpful, and took care of the problem. From a service and responsiveness standpoint, I honestly couldn't have asked for anything better. My only issue, and it is a significant one, was the price. The final bill was $1,797. Afterward, I contacted Hostetler Door and specifically asked them to quote the same scope of work that had been performed. Their quote was $445 with a two-day lead time. That is a very substantial difference. So I have mixed feelings. The service, response time, and technician were exemplary and deserve five stars. The pricing, however, was far higher than I expected and is something I think customers should be aware of. The next time I have a garage door issue, I'll call Hostetler Door.

I really suggest that you do not trust such people, they are irresponsible and arrogant, to which I suggested that I would go to the door since I already had a check that covered the value of the garage door, and he said no, he did not have it. and that he was not going to give it to me because if I wanted to wait a month, seven days or even a year for my money to be returned to me, I would have to wait, really try to avoid construction companies like this since they are going to have a bad taste in their mouth.
