They were so kind and caring, going out of their way to lift our mood while treating our baby like he was their own. They explained every concern and every cost in a way that didn't make us feel stressed or pressured. They ran an ultrasound and bloodwork, got the results back fast, and walked us through everything step by step. Little Monster went home with meds and a few options for the future, and we left feeling hopeful instead of terrified. Because of how supported they made us feel during one of the scariest moments, we're officially switching over and becoming permanent patients. They earned our trust in one visit.

I chose Dilworth, and I was glad I did. My Buddy would get all excited when we turned onto Jackson Street, pacing back and forth in the back seat. When we went inside, he'd go to the two ladies behind the counter, Melissa and Ann at the time, to get petted. Then he'd stand with his nose to the inner door, waiting for them to come get him! Luckily, he was just as happy when it was time to go home, or I'd have had a complex. They are very professional, efficient, caring people. When Buddy developed cancer and ultimately had to be put to sleep, the ladies up front cried, my family and I cried, and even the doctor that I had never met before cried. All of my furbabies have received excellent care there. They are very compassionate.

Imagine being a client of Cloverhaven Animal Hospital since the summer of 2021 and having spent…read moreTHOUSANDS of dollars there over the last three plus years. Imagine that in January, they "let go" of the best veterinarian that my animals have ever been to and leaving so many customers scrambling to find another doctor for their fur babies. Imagine most of the staff walking out because this doctor was "let go". Imagine now trying to get a simple everyday prescription filled for anxiety medicine for one of my 17 dogs that has very bad reactions to rain and thunderstorms, and being denied. Imagine being blocked from their Facebook page for making a comment. Imagine that the people running this place thinking that "Cloverhaven" (the name) is the reason that people took their animals in, and not the doctors that are no longer there and the staff that walked out. This office was not convenient for me at all to use. It was a 45 minute drive one way to get my animals there, but I trusted the doctors and staff and that's what mattered to me. But now, in my opinion, you should RUN from this place and find somewhere else to take your pets because it sure does seem like they do not care about your pets or their customers. If I could do less than a one star, I would.

My 3 1/2 mon old puppy died this afternoon. I know that most of you have a glowing review for this…read moreclinic but as of today that is not my experience. I had my puppy in there yesterday afternoon where she was diagnosed with hook worms and possible parvo. I didn't have the money to pay at the time of service so I made an agreement to pay them today after 4 pm ( it's just before 3 right now) She was doing a little better this morning when I called them this morning to give them an update on her condition. At around noon today she took a turn for the worst and I called them and they told me to bring her in and I headed out. 15 minutes later I received a call that I could not bring her in unless my balance was paid via the Owner and apparent Dr. but we'd had an agreement and the clinic broke it. She died 30 minutes later at a different Vet ER. I don't know about you but that seems like the owner/Dr was more worried about the money then the life of my 6 yo son with CF's beloved puppy. I've worked in the medical field and we wouldn't have dared do that to a patient and I don't know how animals deserve to be be treated as less than humans. I didn't even know the Dr's name until I called and asked who saw her yesterday. Needless to say... I won't be going back and hope this never happens to anyone else's pet. I now have to go tell my little boy his puppy died.
