Even through a few interesting hiccups with the current occupants, Ron was able to adapt and get the job done. We received an extremely detailed report with photos, that same evening. Both my father and father-in-law were present at the inspection, and they both raved about how personable and thorough Ron was. Dealing with such a dependable and professional inspector has helped ease some of the stress that comes along with being first time home buyers. I would highly recommend Cornerstone Inspections to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Rogue Valley.

Showed up on time and had the right equipment to clean upper story gutters safely and clean the…read morewindows. Did not clean window sills when cleaning windows and screens. Failed to re-lock window screens in place in several windows throughout the house. Left dirt, from cleaning window screen, on bathroom floor(see photo). I found at least 12 of the small grommets (see photo) that hold/support plastic grill overlays on my Windows that we're not reinstalled to keep grill ends stable and secure in the holes provided. Left a mess on the ground of the residue that was removed from gutter cleaning. After I mentioned it, a bit was cleaned up m, but still left quite a bit more I had to clean up myself. I called and left a voice message to Darren within two days of job completion to complain about the grommets and dirt on the bathroom floor. I also messaged him after receiving no response (and included these same two photos) ...he's never responded. This even though his website says if a customer is not pleased with the work completed they will make it right. Not responding to my call or msg is just another complaint that won't be resolved. Subsequently, I discovered that the window sills had not been cleaned and the screens had been left in the unlocked position, which allows insects entry into the house.

Daniel really stood out--super knowledgeable, took the time to answer all my questions, and walked me through different options without any pressure. The quote was clear, detailed, and upfront. Daniel, Jesse, and Brandon completed the entire job in one day--new gutters, downspouts, gutter guards, and they even cleared out my existing drain pipes. They paid attention to the details, worked around a slightly uneven roofline, and everything came out looking clean and well done. They also left the place spotless, which I really appreciate. They offer a solid three-way warranty, but honestly the all-steel gutters feel like they'll last for decades. I would absolutely recommend them if you want quality work and a smooth, no-hassle process.
