My smoke detectors randomly started going off and/or chirping this morning and had been going off…read moreall day. I called and Denaldo (hopefully I'm spelling that right) came and figured out the wiring in all my detectors was loose and some had disconnected wires because the builders used too big wire nuts/connectors (thanks, D.R. Horton). He replaced the wire connectors in all my smoke detectors, and did it very efficiently. He was extremely reasonably priced, and it's a holiday today (memorial day). Couldn't be more pleased with Denaldo. Will definitely call him for any future electrical issues.

He came and looked at the fridge, said he was going to let the home warranty company know what was wrong and we paid him the $100 service fee. Well, we never heard from the earranty company. I called the warranty company and they advised that they were waiting on FixandRepair to send more details about the findings and that I could reach out to them for further info. My husband called FixandRepair and spoke to the guy. He stated that he was waiting on the warranty company to approve. So, I called the warranty company back at they stated that FixandRepair refused to come back and fix the fridge with no explanation as to why. Totally unacceptable. I will never recommend this company. First mistake, they were an hour late and I had to call him to see if he was coming. Just unprofessional. I guess they needed the $100.

After I declined a maintenance offer, it was still included on the invoice. Also, I was told that the service fee would be waived if I had the work done. That was a lie. It was not waived.
