Sometimes the front office staff and or nurses are having bad days, but my Dr, Kay Johnson is always consistent with me. She listens and never has one foot out the door. On occasion I have been a little concerned with the lack of a thorough exam (such as listening to my heart) but overall i've received excellent care whether sick or routine visit. The building itself includes a lab, orthopedist and some other specialists so it is essentially a one stop shop. It is always clean and well organized. There is a large parking lot, but getting in and out can be a little tough on busy Montgomery Rd. Added bonus, they now have a nice online portal where you can communicate, have virtual visits, and view bloodwork or invoices.

This Dr got within 6 inches from my face, yelling at me and I felt spit on my face from this interaction then got up and told me I was a pill seeker?? A little back story... I had a Dr for my depression, he retired. I was on 6 depression meds a day. I weened myself off these meds, but I am in my 50's and in menopause and the hot flashes was 10 times worse, so I asked if he could please put me back on my antidepressants , just one a day for this problem. I mentioned I could go to my Gynecologist if he was not comfortable with this. Thats when things went South!! My Children stop seeing him a long while back, now I understand WHY! I want people to be aware, do not be fooled he will snap. I will never recommend him to anybody because I am sure I haven't been the only one!

The morning front desk staff is amazing - they often have my info pulled up before I walk in the door and are always kind. I've overheard them deal with some wild questions and they are always patient. Rebecca Leach and his assistant Kassandra are phenomenal and are always helpful. I even switched my entire family here.

Minus one star for the front desk staff, as they are never super friendly or helpful. This lab is run very well by the lady here (sorry I forget her name). She does a great job, even with my difficult to find veins, and is very pleasant and helpful. The lab is on a walk in basis during business hours. As this is a newer building it is very bright, clean and modern. Very nice waiting room.
