Crystal was warm and inviting, located in a quiet, clean, and welcoming environment. She worked with me to determine areas of focus that would help alleviate the worst areas of my back and shoulders with a soft touch but applying pressure in key areas with precision. I'm not a big talker, so I was happy she focused primarily on the work other than asking whether the pressure she applied was ok and telling me the different steps of the process. Hard to relax when u are cold. I asked her for a blanket she did bring a beach towel. She was very nice but didn't speak English so we had to translate via phone.
