Crystal was warm and inviting, located in a quiet, clean, and welcoming environment. She worked with me to determine areas of focus that would help alleviate the worst areas of my back and shoulders with a soft touch but applying pressure in key areas with precision. I'm not a big talker, so I was happy she focused primarily on the work other than asking whether the pressure she applied was ok and telling me the different steps of the process. I walked out feeling refreshed and pain free, and a day later still feel the same. Very satisfied, and plan to schedule a future appointment.

I said no and I walked out... what terrible customer service. In the US, Tips are VOLUNTARY and done after the service is provided. Hard to relax when u are cold. I asked her for a blanket she did bring a beach towel. She was very nice but didn't speak English so we had to translate via phone. I am pretty darn positive she has not had any massage training. It was 60$ for an hour and that was with a $10 discount. I would rather spend my money with someone who is going to work out my kinks which was the whole point of spoiling myself today. I do not recommend
