These nice people were, prompt, courageous and efficient in getting the mower repaired and back to me. They were so accommodating, that they came over and cut my grass, while they were waiting on the parts. They even let me demo a brand new Toro mower. They actually care about their customers. You won't get this at Any of the chain stores, or on line retailers. The peace of mind, when buying big ticket mechanical item, is very important to me. I'm secure that Vern, and the crew, at Main Street, has my back.

The staff at Tool Doctor assisted me in getting a full refund from Dewalt. I also had them sharpen a couple of hand saws, they are the only place I know that provide that service. My leaf blower cord was shorting out. I called Tool Doctor and was told that he had to see it…read morebefore saying whether he could fix it. I drove 30 miles to the shop and, after he examined the blower, he said he couldn't fix the existing cord but would replace it, so I paid a $20 deposit and left the blower with him. When I returned a couple of weeks later, I paid the remaining $22 and collected the blower. The cord where it joined the blower was frayed and when I pointed out the problem, he "fixed" it with electrical tape -- one end, of which was sticking up. When I objected to his fix, the excuse was that the new cord wouldn't fit in the opening, that the blower was "poorly made," and that the fix would last as long as the blower -- insinuating that the blower was on its last legs. They have my $42 but I won't be back.

I would highly recommend if you need parts to go anywhere else other than Ocala Ag-Pro and speak with that gentleman! If you do have to go there you might want to wait for a woman name Amy, she is real nice, very knowledgeable and super helpful! Moreover, just to reiterate avoid James at all costs because he is just a miserable person (IMHO) that won't smile at you or really offer any help other than to give an excuse about how busy he is.........well that is your job.

Upon purchase, we were assured that service would be expeditious and there were loaner mowers available if service took longer than three days. We were also told that Ag Pro would provide a complete replacement mower if service could not be completed in one week. Unfortunately equipment did what equipment did, and the mower was out of service last week. I know this happens with all brands. Not only were we told that there were no loaners available, we were also told that the replacement policy was "not a real thing". I would not recommend Ag Pro in any capacity. I need to purchase a second mower and a gator, but I will be doing this elsewhere. I ended up paying a significant amount of money to have my property mowed during this extended service period of over a week, and I still don't have my equipment back!
