It's.been almost another week now and still haven't heard anything. I'm sure I'll have to contact them again. The prices were the same as elsewhere in Wichita, but the charges for delivery, installation, and required accessories (such as the range cord) were significantly less. I have previously purchased appliances from Best Buy, Lytton's, and Lowe's, and my experience working with Brian at Metro was easily the best out of all of them. I will be going to Metro first (and asking for Brian) for future appliance purchases.

They finally delivered our dishwasher on 1/12, we got it installed on 1/13. We decided we probably should try to use the dishwasher so on 1/22 we attempted to use it for the first time and we kept getting E4/F8 error messages so.. Home Depot told us to call the Whirlpool warranty line to get a service tech to take a look. The service tech came out on 1/28th and what he found was crazy. The actual dishwasher was defective and there was a rusted/burnt hole in the bottom of the tub which we wouldn't haven't seen underneath some bolts in the dishwasher. So we went back to Home Depot because we BOUGHT what we thought was a brand new dishwasher and they don't want to replace it. We PAID for a brand new one and do not want a REFURBISHED dishwasher when we haven't even had it but a couple of weeks and haven't been able to run 1 cycle. look at the pictures and tell me if a brand new dishwasher should look like this. The customer should ALWAYS be right and they should have done the right thing by ordering a new one. We have spent 5k-6k in the last several months and this is how you treat your customers.. by giving them the run around?? The tech's words: Found unit leaking from Tub of unit. Appears heater bracket where they welded it is leaking through the bottom. Which is what the 2 pictures shows. Unacceptable! They should have replaced (not try to fix) this immediately. If i wanted a refurbished dishwasher I would have bought it from a store that sells refurbished goods. If losing a customer is worth not just replacing the dang dishwasher it's just terrible! I went home and installed it and found it to be extremely loud. Even louder than my current broken disposal with a spoon jammed in it. I decided to return it. The worker at the desk and the manager were immediately suspicious even though I provided a video of how loud the machine was. They tried to tell me that I'd have to contact the manufacturer even though I had bought it that day. They then tried to imply I was stealing some of the little parts that came with it because it was not packed in tightly like it was when I bought it. I tried to tell them that the provided instructions had a list of all included parts and they were all in the box. They did not listen because I was clearly trying to get away with something in their eyes. They treated me like a criminal because I was trying to return a defective or possibly just an unsatisfactory product. They did ultimately return my money, and they made it very clear to me that they were unhappy doing so. I will never be shopping here again. I suggest you shop elsewhere too.

I told her I had bought the weed eater at another ACE, but was hoping someone there could assist me as the one I bought it from an ACE store on the west side of town and I live east. The store was not busy at the time. Amanda took my instruction manual and the weed eater on the floor and read the instructions.
