This review is coming from a tenant who actually signed a lease, lived at the complex, and…read morecompleted the full lease term, not someone who just toured.
For starters, I would always recommend touring the exact unit you'll be staying in before moving in. A virtual or AI-generated video is not enough to understand what you're signing up for. With that being said, if you choose to stay in Apt. 3207, consider this your fair warning.
Apt. 3207, located in the 3000 building on the second floor, is next to the electrical panel room. When I moved in during July 2025, the fire panel in that room was beeping. I informed the leasing office as soon as I noticed it, and they stated that someone would be coming to service it. Would you believe me if I said that the fire panel beeped consistently, nonstop, from July 2025 to July 2026? Well, it did.
There was constant back and forth communication with the leasing office. Of course, they seem to change who works in the leasing office every 60 days, so there is no stability. As a result, you're constantly having to restart the same conversation with a different person, and the issue never gets resolved. Their solution was to leave the electrical room door open so I could mute or silence the alarm until it could be serviced. First, I'm not doing that. Second, I pay rent here, so what's the issue with getting it fixed? They'll also offer to move you to another unit, but after you've already moved all your belongings and possibly paid movers, you might as well move somewhere else entirely.
Next, let's talk about Valet Living. You pay $20 a month for valet trash service, and they don't even come when they're supposed to. If they miss a scheduled pickup, the leasing office expects you to either take the trash out yourself or bring the trash back inside your unit. Both "solutions" are ridiculous. Why am I doing the physical labor of carrying my trash down the stairs, around the corner, and up the street because the people I'm paying decided not to show up? Better yet, why would I bring smelly trash back inside my apartment to sit there all day and hope they come the next day?
What's even more frustrating is that they're quick to issue fines if your trash is still outside after 9:00 a.m., even when Valet Living failed to pick it up the night before. So, residents are expected to pay for a service that isn't consistently provided, yet they're still penalized for the service provider's failure. That makes absolutely no sense. There's nothing luxurious about valet trash service when it works like this.
