I was a little weary at first as it's only the 2nd car I have ever purchased and hadn't heard of the company before but they are a genuine and knowledgeable small business who have been running for 20 odd years (don't quote me) and their customer service is second to none. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase a used car from an honest company.

The owner and employee were very helpful, very welcoming and informative about their vehicles. We brought our car at a very good price and traded our car in, and were very happy with the deal and service we recieved. We are going back to them to get my son a car, as we felt confident to buy from this company, knowing we would get good service and a good car. Just brought another spotless car from Economy cars for my son. Very pleased with the deal again! Economy cars have very economical prices for above average cars! Would definately go again to charles if we need another car in the future. Andy & Dawn

Possibly the worst experience I have ever had from a car dealership. Being told an hour before…read morecollection that the car has broken down; no communication whatsoever; wrong dates on all the paperwork including the finance deal; to add insult to injury the wheel alignment and balance were so far out that it made traction control come on whilst doing 70mph on the motorway. Took it in to get fixed, they did nothing so I went elsewhere and billed VW. No apology, just a refund. I thought I would go back to see whether it was just a bad time for them and give them a second chance. They outsourced the quotation without telling me and I was quoted over £1k for a tiny repair which cost me £40 elsewhere. If you want to be treated like an idiot who knows nothing about cars, then by all means go to VW in Guildford. Otherwise, avoid like the plague.

Unfortunately my experience with this branch was not positive. When I went into the showroom to…read morehave an initial look round, the first man was quite helpful and gave me his business card. I then used the website to configure a car and emailed him with a couple of questions, I didn't get a proper response to my first question so email him directly back and didn't get a response. After a number of weeks I rang the showroom to clarify and was invited to make an appointment to talk through - I attended this 3 days ago. I had an Audi as a company car for the last 7 years but this was a personal purchase for a new car. The Salesman made no attempt to highlight the benefit of Audi or the model I was after and seemed disinterested, even though I stated that I was after a new car. I had every intention of ordering my car during that appointment but when he said the configuration would take some time to go through, I was so disappointed with the whole experience I left without making the purchase. I have more seriously now started to look at a Vauxhall model. Not sure what they get commission on but it doesn't seem to be using and following up on leads.

After my second-hand Audi had done 4,000 miles without any costs, I was beginning to brag that they…read morewere cheap cars to run second-hand. So imagine my horror when, 24 hours before the car had its first service, the starter motor packed up. My experience of an Audi Service was therefore quite mixed. The car had to stay in overnight, because the part was not in stock, but I wasn't offered a courtesy car. To me, £400 for a service with over an hour to fit the new starter motor seems steep... I can remember swapping the starter on a Triumph Herald in 10 minutes, has the technology really got that much harder? Then, instead of dropping the car back to me, they left the keys at Reception and left it to them to ring me. Which is probably a good thing, since the list of 'advisories' was baffling with no indication of costs if I were to get them fixed. So, afar from the image I had, Audi are now beginning to look unreliable and expensive to repair. Still a lovely car to drive though.

After buying an Audi Q7 from drift bridge Audi and receiving good customer service due to I guess,…read morethe motivation of a car sale, I must add once the car is sold the difference in customer service after sales is just unacceptable. After only having the car two weeks I had to return the car to Drift Bridge for over a week to replace the seals to both front sides. After Audi returning the car back, the seals had the same manufacturers fault that the car had originally, the dealership installed the exact faulty seals, a complete waste of time. After calling the dealership to complain and communicate that the seals have the same fault. The excuses were just unacceptable and unprofessional. I have lost all confidence in Audi Drift bridge Epsom.
