I can only speak from my 1 experience with this pawn shop. I bought a tv and and XBox 360 on the…read moresame day. I got home and hooked it up and the tv made a whirring sound pretty loud so i took it back. He switched it out no problem. Annoying but did make it right. The xbox was another issue. It worked but would not update. After about 2 hours on the phone with xbox live tecs we discovered that someone had removed the internal storage. It costs $100 for a new storage. I could and may still take it back or i may eat the cost and buy the part. It appears that they do not really check there items out before selling them. I will not be buying anything else there. Pretty disappointed
