My husbands grandfather passed away and it was a difficult time with his mamaw not only loosing a husband but the children she has custody of as well so all of my husbands family had to help with this. They buried him yesterday and my husband called Toyota and spoke with his boss Janie and told her everything and her response was sorry bout your papaw but u no longer work here and your not getting a paycheck friday either cause he has two work uniforms here which he told her hed bring back today. Horrible horrible people and very unprofessional and lack of empathy. I worked their as well and the stuff people said and how they talked and laughed and made fun of people that were gay and had bad credit that came in was horrible. I would not recommend this business. I know people have a choice so choose some place else. I know they will try and delete this cause they try and delete the negative reviews but I have my freedom of speech and how they treat people is awful. I have been taking my car to them now for a year and have been very happy so far. I purchased my car from the Ford lot in Pikeville and first few times I had them handle my service but by chance I decided to try the Toyota Nissan lot and boy what a difference. They are much more friendly and go out of their way to take care of my service needs. My only complaint is the waiting area seems to have a lot of foot traffic back and forth but not a big deal to me but some other customers there at same time seemed to be bothered by that. Overall good experience would recommend their service department plus the oil change is cheaper than Wal-Mart and each time I got free car wash from Suds in Pikeville. I'm happy with service and beats other dealers service departments even some of their other Walters lots hands down in customer service and satisfaction. read more

Had the best experience ever!! Arrived on the lot Friday evening looking for a vehicle. They did not have what I was looking for on the lot. However, my salesman, Chris Fouts found one. By Saturday afternoon he let me know that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. It was even better than I anticipated!! Our Salesman went out of his way for about 10 days to find us a good vehicle within our price range. And the Sales staff made a repair to our back window on our vehicle after purchase that wasn't covered under warranty because it wouldn't work. Also, gave us a loaner car during the repair.
