I have to admit when walking into this shop for the first time, it did look like a tip and the appearance in one half of the shop was not great. Especially as this is a carpet shop, you would expect the cleanliness and appearance to be first-class. I didn't get that impression when walking into the shop. But the other half of the store that had all the carpets was in much better condition. There were a number of different carpets in terms of designs and colours. I have to say the carpets on sale here are for sure affordable and not too expensive. The staff are OK but I still think Britannia Carpets could do with being refurbished. Just by entering the store, people could so easily be put off and I would understand.

When I was looking around the staff were very professional and welcoming and asked me if I needed any help or advice. I did not but I would not have felt shy asking for help as they were all very approachable. I was impressed by the selection of stock that they had and I noticed that the prices were not too bad, compared to other places in Birmingham that I have been to. I did not purchase anything, but I was certainly interested in a few carpets. It is worth a visit if you are thinking about getting a new carpet!
