I have used Ms Waltemath on two occasions. First for a deed issue within my family that her advice was invaluable. Secondly her advice and help with my husbands and mine Wills, Power of attorneys and Living wills was very helpful. She had us consider many options and gave great advice as to how to proceed. She was very personable and very patient with all of the questions we had. We highly recommend Tamra Waltemath for your legal needs. read more

A few years ago I needed to get my ducks in a row with getting my last will and testament done as I've been pushing it off for years. I partnered with Ms. Waltemath to get this in order. She was very helpful in getting my situation documented and was easy to work with in terms of explaining all the questions I had. The service I received was exceptional and I have just reached out to her team to get on her schedule again for another need. Thank you Tamra and team for your excellent service! read more

Tamara Waltemath has been our estate attorney for many years. She gives us the confidence that everything is covered and that will make it easier on our beneficiaries. She also handles another family members will. Part of it crosses into ours. She takes her oath of office seriously and will not discuss the overlap as that belongs to another client. I respect her integrity and ethics. read more

We have reserved and purchased the services of Tamra K Waltemath, P.C. twice. Each time, we were very satisfied. My husband and I had considered communicated our wishes to each other before beginning the process with Tamra so it was easy to make decisions before having our legal documents prepared. Even with some options that came up that we were not aware of, the process went well. We have been pleased with her services twice. Once in 2019 and again in 2022. She was prompt, immensely accurate and courteous to us. Practice areas: Probate: 20% · Wills and living wills: 20% · Elder law: 20% · Residential real estate: 20% · Estate planning: 20%- read more

My wife and I had Tamra draw up our will and other necessary documents. Tamra is very knowledgeable and skilled in her profession. My elderly parents have been customers for years . They did their initial will , estate planning and DPA many years ago . As things have changed with health care needs recently the children went ( at different times ) to meet Tamra and be involved in the updating and current needs . Wow I've never felt a chill like Tamra gave off from the moment we walked into the room . Not only are my parents longtime customers that should've been greeted with some warmth. We as newcomers were not welcomed . Tamra barely looked up at us and just started questioning my father in a very short and abrasive manner . He is extremely organized and had everything in his briefcase. Elderly people need a moment to process when they are asked a question. And he needed a few minutes to get out what she was asking and Tamra was extremely impatient. Condescending and abrasive. What my parents needed was updated in a timely manner and paid for. Our other sibling went back with my dad to pick it up and that sibling had the exact same reaction and feeling /vibe from Tamra . A few months later we were missing a form that may have been missed placed and asked for a duplicate copy. This request was refused by Tamra. Even though the paperwork belongs to my parents and it has been paid for. A duplicate copy was all that was requested. When my sibling called to try to figure out why it was denied, she was told that "we can't have children calling and requesting things" Even though in Tamra's "mission statement and on her website she states how they will answer any questions and help children with understanding the process for their parents. This seems hypocritical. When my sister asked how this can be. Tamra hung up on her!! The question was asked in a kind manner and there was no negative or accusatory tone yet she still proceeded to hang up on my sister My parents were confused about what they needed to ask as she told my sister that they had to be the ones to call. Our realtor tried to help because she is local and was involved in the paperwork that was needed. She asked nicely to please explain how we can get a duplicate copy of what was requested. And she also was hung up on. All of us have had many years of business relationships , service industry and helping profession careers and interactions with individuals and companies. We have never ever had an issue or come across anything quite as awful as this experience. Our business has gone elsewhere. And I definitely would caution anybody to look around a bit before considering this business . In addendum, Im not sure this building is handicap accessible? Which seems to be important when your primary focus is dealing with elderly. Would be something to inquire about if needed .. it wasn't apparent to us on our visits as it is an old house and steps in front . read more

While the front desk was great and courteous, the experience with the actual attorney amounted to this: She was rude, condescending and clearly didn't want to discuss our needs or build a relationship. I'm sure the services are adequate, but we left after 5 minutes once it became clear she had no interest in simply being polite. It's unfortunate. read more

My husband and I just had our wills and other estate planning done with Tamra Waltemath. We were very pleased with her knowledge and ability to help us figure out what would be best for us in a complicated family situation. She also found several items in our old wills that needed to be updated and clarified, When we went to the document review, she was thorough and explained everything very carefully. She clarified the meaning of several items without imposing her personal opinion. We were very pleased with her services and would not hesitate recommending her to others. Sharon R. When we called to schedule the initial consultation, the front desk person was very nice and helpful. However, when Tamra Waltemath called us for the initial consultation, she was very rude and obnoxious. She may know the law, but she does not know how to talk to people. She hung up on us after we told her that she was not a good fit for us. read more

The staff at this law firm were fabulous, kind, and professional. I wish I could say the same for Tamra Waltemath. While she was competent when it came to her writing a will for my husband and myself, we found her very impersonable. When we arrived to sign our paperwork we noticed a small sign that said to not being small children to the signing appointment. Unfortunately we noticed it too late and had our almost 2 year old with us. When she came out I apologized about it and she said it was more for our convenience so we could concentrate. So naturally during our appointment our daughter had a minor tantrum. Tamra seemed very annoyed and asked if we wanted to continue. I said yes and a few moments later a staff member entered and kindly offered to entertain our daughter so we could finish. Before I even had a chance to thank him, but decline, Tamra very rudely said that they weren't a babysitting service and would not be doing that. Wow. I thought that was beyond uncalled for, condescending, and disrespectful to not only us, as her clients, but also her staff. If we have to do any amendments to our will in the future we will be going elsewhere. read more

Tamra was the most uncaring and unprofessional attorney I have ever dealt with. It took me several attempts to get her to return a phone call. She was rude and sarcastic on the phone, and I was so turned off by her demeanor that I transferred all of my father's estate matters to another attorney, one that realizes the value of treating clients with respect. read more

Very personalized service. Ms. Waltemath was concerned about getting everything right. She is personable, efficient and capable. Her prices are reasonable. She took the time to ask questions that were pertinent to my situation and then created the documents that were necessary. Tamra did get my husband and my will written, which I am sure was done somewhat sufficiently (hopefully), which is why I gave two stars instead of one, as well as for her assistant / front desk person. She is just a doll and so sweet and friendly. I wish she was the lawyer because I would use her and recommend her a million times over, but unfortunately she was not. I Cannot say the same nice for Ms. Waltemath. She was so condescending, looked and spoke to me like I was an idiot every time I asked a question. I finally just stopped asking questions or saying anything at all because I felt so belittled by time we were almost done with our appointment, and because I knew what her response was going to be, which is unfortunate with such a serious document at hand. I wish I would have read these reviews before I went here because they were spot on. I will never go back here for any revisions to my will or for any other legal needs. What a terrible way to treat people and do business. read more

I found Tamra through the legal plan offered by my employer and I enlisted her services to prepare a living will, will, etc. for my husband and I. She was very professional and knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through the process. It was a rather simple process requiring our initial consult, prep of the documents, and a final appointment to sign everything. Her paralegal was equally kind and helpful. We highly recommend this firm! read more

Couldn't agree more with the other reviewer. Worst lawyer ever. She was rude and seemed almost incompetent. She hadn't reviewed our contract almost at all when we spoke with her. She should not practice anymore, if she ever actually did. read more

Tami helped us with a trust matter, and we are very satisfied with her service. She meets with her clients in person, listens well and gives valuable advice. Her office is small, and we see that as an advantage. Tami has a hands-on approach, does not delegate most matters to paralegals like so many lawyers do. We recommend her highly. read more
