Since this was my first time hiring a lawyer, I didn't know how anything worked and was in a total panic. It was an urgent situation--the fines had to be paid immediately, and the court date was this Monday. Being out of state made everything incredibly inconvenient. Thankfully, I connected with Gaby. She speaks Chinese and provided amazing service! She was incredibly patient, took the time to explain the legal details clearly, and worked with absolute efficiency. The whole process took less than half an hour, and their fees were very reasonable. One of my tickets actually involved a criminal misdemeanor, but after the lawyer went to court, the judge dismissed the charge entirely! I was absolutely thrilled. I thought resolving two tickets would take a long time, but this law firm handled everything very quickly. I highly recommend them--they are truly amazing!
