The greens complexes are similar as is the hole design. Front none is strong, the back nine suffers a bit from forcing holes on to the land, similar to WW, but still a fun layout. A few more acres, some redesign, and better agronomy would make this a top notch course in no time. Would also make a nice little golf/fishing resort destination if cabins were available.

I stopped in while biking past, and decided to check out the place, not for golfing, but just out of curiosity. I am glad I stopped. I met a very friendly employee who told me about the course, and said I was welcome to venture out and take as many photos as I wanted. He also told me to make sure I check out the beautiful waterfalls. As I was there at sunset, the photos came out beautifully. This seems like a really nice golf course, and also a great place to host a party, as they have a pavillion for rent. There is also a beautiful old timey clock on the grounds that is worth a photo also. Big thumbs up to Mt. Hope, and maybe some day I will come back and try my hand at a few rounds of whacking that little white ball around the beautiful greens . . . Cheers!

Drinks made by someone who doesn't even know how to make basic cocktails, and the food was served on paper plates and plastic cups. The service staff is made up of clueless kids and people who look like they just fell out of a trailer. My husband asked for a merlot and was told "we only have red or white" and then they brought him a glass of rose from a box. Literally 1985 flock of seagulls hair on a coughing cigarette of a woman was our waitress. The bar was full of drunken women screaming at each other. The whole thing was totally unappealing.
