Lasting change takes time. Most reviews on FB etc are good and the owner responds to everyone. Using yelp to only post a negative comment about a person that you did nothing to correct the problem by notifying management is kind of against yelps standards if you ask me. The previous reviewer gave the owner I chance to make needed correction by using a review site as a first line of attack. The man deserved it, not the business owner!

We…read morewaited in line to pay for Lunch and Bowl and then we had to wait in another line to turn our tickets in. One of the people in our group ordered a hamburger with fries and a drink. They brought him a cheeseburger and we told them he needed a hamburger. They brought him another cheeseburger! The third time they brought him chicken strips! Finally, after over an hour, he finally got a hamburger. it was 1:45. Another person in our group ordered the grilled cheese meal, and it took over an hour to get it!

They currently still…read morehave wooden lanes (which personally I prefer), their A2 pinsetters are a little more reliable than other centers with the same pinsetters, and the scorers (while older) seem to have fewer accuracy errors than some other centers with newer equipment. I've been to some bowling centers where respots and ball returns seemed constant, but this center is not so much of an issue. I do appreciate this center being locally-owned and not of a large corporate ran business.
