Was there this morning just after 9am. They had everything I was looking for.. The store was actually clean and orderly.

they don't stay open until close. Turned away 15 minutes before close. I understand wanting to close earlier than your close time, but as long as the customer is in and out before the Close time, a business should honour that commitment. read more

store appearance was great and I have no complaints. the store appears clean and product skus were full and tidy. I will say the store is on par or better than many Walmarts which I have frequented. However I am not writing this review because if the above said instead I am wishing to place the praise and reason for my review because of the checkout clerk Ray which we switched lines to after noticing his rolling customers. Now speed alone is nice but Rays personality and engaging positive energy was a real nice finish to our shopping trip. there is a promotion and we were handed a card to review but could not find our receipt to be able to attribute this to his promotion. Sad that on a Good Friday they are open when almost every other store is closed including every store in Toronto!!!!!

This is my favorite Walmart over the border. I always stop before coming back. It's well stocked, clean and employees are friendly. There are mAny things we cannot get at U.S. WalMart, (Shreddies!), and the international foods aisle is more interesting as well. This Walmart is easier to reach by tunnel. If I could give this store zero stars I absolutely would. They have awful customer service accused me of scamming the store because they have countless displays all priced incorrectly all over the store. They then wasted over 45mins of my time asking me to point out all their errors and fixing them in front of me. After all my time was wasted they refused to honor scanner price accuracy code which Walmart opts into participating in as a company and is posted at every single cash register in the store. Manager was extremely rude and I have heard countless complaints from other people as well. While I was trying to cash out and pointing out the errors to a cashier another lady realized she was being over charged for the same items because she over heard me talking the cashier was extremely rude to her as well. Over all extremely disappointed with this store and will be dealing with Walmart corporate as well as scanner price accuracy code (formerly SCOP) in hopes that the store can be retrained on the program and maybe learn how to do price changes and stay on top of things. read more

Don't bother calling this location for any information. After calling to inquire on product availability I was asked if I had the SKU which I had. Once I started reading it to the lady she asked me to hold the line. I held for 30 minutes before I just gave up and hung up. No check in, no reason why I was holding. Tried to call back only to not be answered. read more

This is without doubt the best Walmart I've ever had the "pleasure" of walking into. Yeah, I know. It's the American bully. But honestly, if it wasn't for this Walmart, my univ-student sister and her roommates would've had a hard time furnishing their new home-away-from-home without it. Not to say that *everything* was purchased there, but I would guestimate about 85% was bought from this Walmart. It wasn't a conscious decision... seeing as we wound up going there every day for five straight days because there was "something else we forgot to pick up". We'd go through all the different locations in our heads of places to go to pick the stuff up, but we always ended up agreeing to go back to Walmart. So now for the third year student, truly living on her own this year around (past two years were school dorm rooms), what Walmart sold us, well, amongst *everything else*, was a nicely sized computer/homework desk for less than $100; and boy did we spend all day looking around for a better deal elsewhere: Zellers, Canadian Tire, Staples/Business Depot, Sears, Value Village, just to name a few - and no one had a better option. And funnily enough, we found out that two of the roommates had purchased the exact same one. That pretty much was the story for everyday; no one could give us a better option for her school stuffs. What *really* was the kicker for me though, was that this store - complete with grocery/produce items - had a gluten free section. I have a Walmart sitting across the street from where I live in Toronto - complete with grocery items, and it does not have a gluten free section. All my favourite foods, and a few new ones to boot, are sitting on adjoining shelves in a Walmart in Windsor for an average thirty cents cheaper than what I can get at all the stores I frequent at home (Gluten free mock-oreos! HELLO!). Both I and my sis are gluten intolerant; so now she's sitting smug at her newly furnished home with her one-stop shop. read more

Some of the prices are good, and there is a lot of selection. End of positives. The customer base is what gets me the most. I could walk into any other big box store, and the atmosphere and customers are MUCH more friendlier and welcoming. Oh, and a lot of the employees don't care to help you at all. They'd rather stand around and text, or talk to the other employees. It always seems like there's never enough cashiers working. Once it's your turn in the line, you'd better hurry and put everything on the belt without pausing for 2 seconds, otherwise everybody is going to give you dirty looks and possibly start yelling. Ask me how I know. When you buy clothes from Walmart, also buy a sewing needle and matching thread, because there's a 50/50 chance that the clothes will fall apart. A lot of them are bad quality and poorly constructed. One of the sections has been 97% empty for months. When I say months, I really mean months. There wasn't a big sale or anything, it's just that nothing was put out! read more

I have been shopping at this Walmart almost exclusively for the last four years and although at times I find some things a little pricey, their selection in hardware and in groceries usually satisfy my needs. I am speaking specifically in regards to this particular Department store. read more

I was doing my daily grocery shopping and I had witnessed their co-manager harassing an employee , speaking in a very unprofessional way , if that is how they are allowed to be treating their employees , I am definitely telling my friends and family to never shop at Walmart again. I hope the young man files for harrassment and the lady get's fired because that is no way to talk to your employees , as a supervisor of a factory if I got caught talking to anyone in that way they would definitely fire me for being unprofessional. Obviously this young man has a disability but I am sure he understands when being treated poorly. I hope that Walmart Canada does something and fires this manager. read more

Would give 0 stars if allowed. I swear they have no one working. I called probably 15 times trying to find out about the photo printer if it was working again. Then when I finally got ahold of someone they had no idea that they were down. Transfers me to electronic and I was on hold for probably 20 mins and no one answered the phone. Great service on an oil change. In and out in less than 30 minutes which gave me an opportunity to pick p a few grocery items. They check your other fluids and perform a battery check which your standard shops don't with a standard oil change. They use Pennzoil. read more

Washrooms were dirty, sinks and toilets, and there was a smelled that wasn't very pleasant. Also went to the McDonalds for a coffee and muffin, the tables were dirty and hadn't been wiped in quite some time. The garbage bin was so full I couldn't add even my empty cup. This was a 3 pm, well after the lunch time rush. Not a pleasant experience, very disappointing. read more
